Who is more MORAL, Pornbay or Ebay? PORNOBAY

Fake nudes of celebrities?

PORN SITES that offer TORRENTS (illegal, bootleg material) are moral enough to draw the line at FAKE NUDES. Ebay is NOT moral enough to do it.

Proof?

As of today, here's the front page of PORNBAY, one of the main sites where free downloads of copyrighted material are available. They say NO to the fake nudes:

"After some consideration, it has been decided for now to not permit the "Deepfakes" videos....it is not consensual and as such falls under that section of the Forbidden List. It is the opinion of the staff that these are too invasive on the persons who are being digitally added to the actual porn..."

Yes,  PORNBAY has the integrity to have a "Forbidden List." EBAY?

DEVIN WENIG, the CEO of EBAY has not officially stated EBAY forbids "digitally added" heads of celebrities Photoshopped onto porn images. There is nothing that even forbids "non-consensual" photos from being posted, including "my ex-wife" and "my ex-girlfriend" revenge porn.

While eBay phone support emphatically states that such images "are against our policy," you won't actually find it in writing on eBAY. This is what you see:

Why DEVIN WENIG, CEO of EBAY, wants to be in the same category as HARVEY WEINSTEIN, ousted CEO of MIRAMAX, is hard to understand.

What does DEVIN WENIG like about gangbang photos on the late Carrie Fisher? On pedophilia images of Emma Watson? On pictures the intentionally degrade and demean women for profit, with NO SIGNED MODEL RELEASE OF AGE OR CONSENT?

Why is it that the guy who runs PORNBAY is showing more integrity, morality, fairness, and respect for women than the guy who runs EBAY?

EBAY, in fact, allows a lot of nude images right out in the open, and not confined to their "adult" section. Report a topless celebrity image and it's not removed. Report a "Hustler"-type photo (and Hustler magazine IS restricted to the "adult" section) and it usually stays.

The excuse if you call phone support is "we have millions of auctions..." and not enough staff to handle the complaints? Not enough staff who know an offensive item that should not be viewed by a 12 year-old typing "nude photo" into the search engine? Really?

Here's EBAY's rule page on nude photos:

A very strange quirk with eBay is that in their adult section, there are plenty of images of sadism and masochism, and none are ever removed. Should they be? Not if it involves consenting adults. It's a topic not far removed from pudgy E.L. James' hit "50 Shades" movies. If men or women want to be abused, and get paid for it, and SIGN A MODEL RELEASE, fine.

The difference is that JANE FONDA, for one example (and you can find hundreds on this site) did NOT sign a model release for this obvious fake picture, and the seller should either be suspended, or forbidden from EVER selling anything similar on ANY famous woman.

No signed model release? NO SALE. It should be as simple as that.

If PORNOBAY draws the line on digital fakes of celebrities, WHAT IS WRONG WITH EBAY? Does DEVIN WENIG not know what's going on? Are the various people in phone support and other divisions of eBay afraid to ask him to STOP ABUSING WOMEN FOR PROFIT?

Lisa Bloom, Walter Mosley -- can you spell...EBAY?

Today's news involves Blac Chyna, who is upset because a porn video she made "leaked."

Her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, screams that "posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images is a crime."

Her other attorney, Walter Mosley, aks "why do we think it's acceptable to sell, or publish...or blackmail women this way and without their consent?

So, Lisa and Walter, are you saying that Blac Chyna autographed THIS photo of herself?

Odds are it's a forgery. After all, this seller just HAPPENS to have hundreds of autographed nude pictures of celebrities he's hidden in the "adult" area of eBay, and how many women go around autographing nude pictures and fake nude pictures of themselves?

Lisa Bloom and Walter Mosley might want to consider a class action lawsuit on behalf of ALL women whose photos are being sold on eBay WITH NO MODEL RELEASE OF AGE OR CONSENT.

Or do they only work for high-priced celebrities who pay $1000 an hour? Does it mean Blac Chyna doesn't want to spend $1000 in billing hours to have the above item removed from eBay?

And does that mean that they can't ask an intern or a secretary to spend TWO MINUTES and send in a DMCA on a Blac Chyna "signed" nude image?

It's a FEDERAL LAW that pornographers MUST have a SIGNED MODEL RELEASE of AGE and CONSENT. You see this on every porn DVD, on every porn website, on every adult magazine on the newsstand: "All models are of legal age and signed forms are on file at our office."

That's not the case with eBay sellers. Why doesn't Lisa Bloom and Walter Mosley call a press conference about this? They don't know? THEY DO NOW.

A Necrophile Misogynist Defiles NATALIE WOOD

It's EBAY...so why not sell a FAKE NUDE of NATALIE WOOD?

She's in the news. Her grieving sister Lana Wood was on Dr. Oz recently. Go ahead, sell a fake nude of NATALIE WOOD. And one on Lana, as well:

Would you believe it...after all this time, after #METOO and "TIME'S UP" and eBay STILL does not have a way of reporting offensive misogynist monsters like THIS guy?

Right now, the only options remain: use "REPORT ITEM" and send the auction link to "ADULT: NOT ALLOWED AT ALL" or "OFFENSIVE MATERIALS" and hope that somebody at eBay agrees with you.

Devin Wenig, the CEO of eBay is not as bad as Harvey Weinstein. IS HE?

Try calling up eBay 1 (866) 540-3229

You will get some happy-voiced fool in Pakistan somewhere, who will say "Not to worry," and agree with you, "This is against our policy." Next, "I will forward the complaint."

You say, "Why can't YOU remove this auction?" "Oh that's not my department. NOT TO WORRY. I will forward this auction to the right party." "Can I speak to the right party directly?" "NOT TO WORRY, our procedure is proper. And no, you can't call back and ask for ME personally. And no, I can NOT give you an email address or a follow-up complaint number..."

Which means that most of the time, the complaint you've called in will either NOT be forwarded at all, all be forwarded to someone who thinks that misogynistic abuses of women is OK. The auction will not be removed.

Who else is this seller currently abusing?

As well as:

Lynda Carter
Cindy Crawford
Elizabeth Hurley
Jaclyn Smith
Morgan Fairchild
Kate Upton
Heather Locklear
Loni Anderson

AND...

and

Sarah Michelle Geller
Sandra Bullock
Cassandra Peterson (Elvira)
Amanda Bynes
Natalie Dormer
Denise Richards
Victoria Principal
Hillary Duff
Sheree North
Christy Brinkley
Jeri Ryan

and the list goes on.

#METOO is the number of stupid, or uninformed women who have NOT YET CONTACTED vero@ebay.com to register (free) and be able to do takedowns on this crap.

EBAY should make sure that there's a REAL "report item" link that will instantly remove these illegal auctions that have NO MODEL RELEASE OF AGE AND CONSENT.

Natalie Portman & Eva Longoria - All Talk - Where is the Action?

The silly marches of a few days ago are now forgotten.

Everybody LOVES to march. The girls wear their pussy hats, hold up those ancient Helen Reddy signs ("I AM WOMAN HEAR MY ROAR") and after an hour or two, they skip over to Starbucks for some lattes and then hit Victoria's Secret for push-up bras.

Where is the action? Why is it that NATALIE PORTMAN and EVA LONGORIA haven't done one of the most basic things: keep pervs and pricks from making money pimping fraud forgeries and fake nudes on EBAY?

Don't say this isn't an important issue. It is. Somebody is making big money on this. There are guys who make all the money for their guns and beer and wifebeater T-shirts from EBAY SALES. CEO Devin Wenig makes enough that he has YET to put in a real "report item" link for OFFENSIVE FRAUD - no model release of age or consent.

Let's talk about what is going on NOW, shall we, Natalie? You too, Eva? You want to be sexual and flirty in films and on talk shows, that's your privilege and power. Being victimized on eBAY is stupid and can be stopped.

Likewise, the powerful women of show business, including Oprah, should be able to lobby so that websites such as celebjihad can be BLOCKED or put out of business. Right now the porn sites where eBay weasels download the fake nudes, are prospering. The women are out marching and the money is rolling in for a bunch of bastards.

On eBay, Natalie and Eva are being sold like whores. Why shrug? Why say "Let the buyer beware" on bogus autographed items? Do that and SOMEBODY IS PROFITING. Why let some guy get away with selling a forgery on a dubious nude image? Why, Natalie? Why, Eva?

Protecting yourself on eBAY is not brain surgery. It's almost as simple as marching around in a pussy hat and making a speech.

It would take TWO MINUTES to report the sellers and get them suspended. Natalie and Eva don't even have to do it. All they need do is fax a letter to the VERO department at eBay stating "I authorize..." and you name somebody to be your VeRO (Verified Rights Owner) rep. That person can then send in the auction number of any forgery, fake, dupe, violation of intellectual property, and it is REMOVED. That simple.

Aside from celebrities appointing a VERO rep, what needs to be done, aside from wearing pussy hats and quoting old Helen Reddy songs, is lobbying the politicians to strengthen laws on Internet abuse and bullying. NO website should be a celebjihad with jeering and insulting images of women, or a 4CHan picnic for posting anybody's revenge porn.

President Obama told David Letterman that anyone who sees something and thinks, "that's not right," should take action. Bob Dylan sang it long ago: "if something's not right, it's WRONG."

Take off the hat, and put up your dukes. FIGHT for what is RIGHT. There are women in pro boxing and UFC MMA now. All women should be fighting for their causes, and not just marching around in pussy hats and make-up, quoting Helen Reddy.

EBAY "Let's Abuse Ordinary Women For PROFIT!" PAYPAL: "#METOO!!"

EBAY and its twisted step-sister PAYPAL have no morality.

Not if you judge by THIS item, for example. This isn't a celebrity fake. Or a hacked photo stolen from a celebrity's computer.

It's an ordinary girl, perhaps DATE-RAPED, lying passed out on a bed. A souvenir photo has been taken.

This picture can be found all over the Internet, which is bad enough. BUT...you've got clever eBay sellers thinking, "I can sell this. Just run it through my printer! Ha ha. Some guy uses this girl, and I will use her too."

Like so:

In the moral world of pornography (yes, much more MORAL than EBAY or PAYPAL), no porn magazine or porn DVD can be sold without adhering to FEDERAL LAW. That means having a signed model release of age and consent."

What does THIS seller offer? Just the usual caveat that he's a "collector" and he likes to copy off and sell his STUFF:

ILLEGAL. IRRESPONSIBLE. MYSOGYNISTIC.

He admits this is a "reprint" from an "unknown photographer." He has NO model release. He has NO business selling such an image. But his BUSINESS is selling on EBAY with PAYPAL processing the credit card payments.

This seller has over SIX THOUSAND SUCH ITEMS FOR SALE ON EBAY EVERY WEEK. That's good PIMP money he's making.

How about THIS?

Is this GIRL 16? 17? Or is she 18?

One thing is certain: THE EBAY SELLER HAS NO IDEA, AND DOES NOT CARE. And neither does PAYPAL or EBAY.

Yes, this is another eBAY seller with THOUSANDS of STOLEN IMAGES being copied off and sold with NO MODEL RELEASE OF AGE OR CONSENT.

HERE is the AD:

Did you read anything about "I have a signed model release?" No.

The ad did NOT state: "I am the photographer of the image, I paid the model, the model is of legal age to pose for me, and my signed model release is on file with eBay."

NO. All you read is that this guy is a "Collector" and "RE-seller." He'll buy or download anything and copy it off and sell it on eBay. Fake celebrity nudes. Frames from movies that the actresses did not INTEND to be sold as photographs. Underage girls. ANYTHING.

One last example? A typical one: the wife as the whore. The woman in bondage. We have NO idea whether this woman consented or was FORCED into bondage:

This seller has literally THOUSANDS of these auctions on eBAY, and using PAYPAL.

He has NO signed model releases for ANY of the images, and only states that his material is being informally sold to collectors. He could care less if somebody recognizes a woman and harasses her, if the woman was coerced, or if the woman was later butchered. It's "somebody's naked wife," and she could be dead or alive. All HE knows is that HE wants his EBAY MONEY. He stole and copied this image fair and square:

How does EBAY CEO Devin Wenig and his legal counsel MARIE OH HUBER answer a problem like this? By ignoring it? That's what is going on now. They leave it to their low wage phone support staff in the Far East to prattle, "Not to worry, I will report this" or say "Just use the "report item" link on the auction page." EBAY's executive staff refuses to be reached and has no switchboard. Their San Jose office has a recorded message telling people to punch in the "CODE NUMBER" for the person they want to reach. All others, FORGET IT.

Letters from ordinary people to Wenig and Huber seem to be thrown in the garbage. It's not even worth their time to send a blathery, "we will take the appropriate action" response. It's a stone wall. It seems that companies such as EBAY and PAYPAL and GOOGLE have learned from SCIENTOLOGY that you can create a compound and simply stay quiet and watch the money roll in.

EBAY and PAYPAL have NO MORALITY. PAYPAL makes it very difficult to report anything. If you do find a template on your Paypal account for reporting a problem, and you report an auction like THIS, you will get a form letter telling you that "appropriate action" will be taken. NONE.

As for EBAY, there is a "report item" link on every auction. Report this item? To what category? "Offensive materials?" Ebay does not find THIS image "offensive." It was reported and not removed. How about "ADULT: Not allowed at all?" Nope. Report the item to THAT category, and some sleepy eBay employee will shrug: what's wrong with it? It's allowed.

If you call up eBay and read them the auction number and say "Isn't this obscene? Isn't this offensive?" The stooge on the phone may agree, and say, "Oh yes, I will forward this to our Trust and Safety Department." The stooge will not let YOU talk to someone in that department and will not give YOU the phone number for that department, and the item will NOT be removed. It's up to you to call back again and again and say "But the item wasn't removed," and here "Oh, not to worry, I will send in another report."

EBAY employees routinely ignore or "interpret" reports submitted, and as with the item above, considered it JUST FINE. Just because it is violating a FEDERAL LAW, it's JUST FINE.

The Federal Law:

The ethical pornography business (as opposed to the unethical world of EBAY and PAYPAL) even has websites where people can buy the documents needed to be within the law. Here's such a website:

WHAT IS NEEDED IS FOR EBAY TO COMPLY WITH FEDERAL LAW. EBAY SHOULD NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO SELL AMATEUR PORN, which includes photos not taken by the seller, photos for which the seller has no model release, invasion of privacy pictures of celebrities, and any faked pictures of celebrities

Sellers on eBay should basically be confined to selling PROFESSIONALLY MADE magazines and DVDs, and amateur material they make themselves and for which they have sent in documentation to eBay with the models' SIGNED DOCUMENTS OF AGE AND CONSENT ON FILE.

That's how to do professional business. As for PAYPAL, they claim to have "Terms of Service" that generally disallow any sale of photos such as the above. But such "Terms of Service" are worthless if Paypal's phone support only pretends to act, and if there is actually no easy way of contacting PAYPAL and making sure the items are removed. PAYPAL should have a separate "REPORT ITEM TO PAYPAL" for ADULT ITEMS on EBAY. This is a serious matter.

As for the blatant and misogynistic abuse of female celebrities on eBay, there are many posts on the site you can read for more information. What's very important to note is that ORDINARY WOMEN are being abused on eBAY just as they are being date-raped and drugged and abused in the "real" world.

The photo above. That woman was abused in the real world. And now, she is being shamed, humiliated, and SOLD FOR PROFIT on eBay. That's adding abominable insult to the injury. If CEO Devin Wenig is not another HARVEY WEINSTEIN, he will make sure that this abuse ENDS. This site would applaud him for it, and update to reflect EBAY's new-found morality.

ROSE MCGOWAN - FEMINIST OR FOOL?

There's a term in boxing called "effective aggression." It's one thing to prance around screaming "ME TOO" or "JAMES FRANCO IS AN ASSHOLE."

It's another to lobby Senators like Kirsten Gillebrand to FORCE eBay to honor Federal Law and NOT allow fake nudes and nudes sold without CONSENT. Rose doesn't do THAT.

ROSE is big on Twitter, yapping about James Franco:

Where is her VERO rep? A VERO rep (Verified Rights Owner) can be the artist herself, a friend, a manager...anyone with a signed letter of authorization. Rose should have somebody checking eBay's stinky "ADULT" section every week. Rose should take PRIDE in sending in DMCA's that can get forgers and perverts OFF the site. It is NOT "whack-a-mole." Once a seller is suspended, it's hard to get a fresh Paypal account and address and come back. And smart VERO reps can spot the returning frauds and instantly get them re-suspended.

Isn't it OFFENSIVE to have a seller pretending to have Rose McGowan's autograph on stupid crap she would NEVER sign? This guy has a whole list of items like this. Sure, he walks up to Rose McGowan and Amy Watson with a set of stinky pictures, and says "Sign this, so I can make $50 on eBay with a header, "AWESOME TITS WOW."

Jesus Christ.

PS, Rose, you are an actress. Your nude scenes in movies were done because they were important to the MOVIE. Creeps shouldn't be doing screen caps of these scenes and selling you like this:

The word for this is DISRESPECTFUL.

Don't let the four syllables throw you. PROVE that you know what EFFECTIVE AGGRESSION means. Make sure this crap is OFF EBAY, and do what you can to convince your peers to have VERO representation, and to contact the FEMALE Senators in California to demand that EBAY stop the MISOGYNY.

The hilariously inept EMMA WATSON

Oh yes, there she is. Our HARRY POTTER princess. The one who was skipping around the underground in London and the subway in New York tossing "gift books" on benches. Yes, yes, be SO politically correct and tell the world about MAYA ANGELOU.

She's on Twitter chirping to her sisters about how women must be respected:

And here's what's going on with her on EBAY in their "adult" category. Some sleazy GUY is selling her FAKE nude images, with FORGED autographs.

Where ARE you EMMA? PS, where is your management company? Why is it that the BIG MANAGEMENT AGENCIES aren't assigning somebody to check eBay's porn section once a week and, on behalf of their clients, and womanhood, REMOVING the violations? "I have a good faith belief my client did NOT pose for this. Take it down." Too much trouble, Oh $200 an hour hypocrites? You can't even spare an hour for an INTERN to do it?

Doesn't it OFFEND YOU that a jerk is saying "NICE TITS" and "GREAT TITS" about a woman who is supposed to be a respected actress, and pretending to have gotten her to sign this crap in Los Angeles?
