WENIG HAS YET TO PUT "FAKE CELEBRITY NUDES" OR "NUDE IMAGES OF A WOMAN WITHOUT A STATED MODEL RELEASE OF AGE AND CONSENT" AS A REASON TO "REPORT ITEM."
Meaning, anyone who reports the ASHLEY JUDD images below, has to report them to the "OFFENSIVE MATERIALS" category, where some moron in an eBay boiler room shrugs and thinks, "Not offensive to ME."
Call up EBAY directly, 1-866-540-3229, and somebody in Asia somewhere will say, "Oh, this is against our policy. I will report this, not to worry." Ask, "WHO are you reporting it to" and "CAN YOU FOLLOW UP" and you get enough waffling to open your own pancake house.
These four sellers should be suspended. They should NOT have 100's of similar fakes, and stolen images from copyrighted R-rated movies, that they sell. There are other eBay sellers in the adult area who have THOUSANDS of stolen downloaded images of revenge porn. They have NO permission, NO signed model releases of age and consent, and DEVIN WENIG, CEO OF EBAY, is being HARVEY WEINSTEIN ABOUT IT. Nobody gets him on the phone. Nobody pickets his office in San Jose. He's free to ABUSE WOMEN.

What Ashley Judd, Sally Field, Jane Fonda and the others should do, is simple:
GET A VERO REP to send a DMCA to vero@ebay.com. That's the "verified rights owner" division of eBay.
AND...get some supposedly smart, motivated WOMAN like, oh, GLORIA ALLRED, to lobby the two female senators in California to make EBAY obey FEDERAL LAW. Because it's illegal to sell x-rated material without a MODEL RELEASE.
GLORIA ALLRED, or some other VERY SMART WOMAN should file a lawsuit against eBAY demanding that they make sure that ANYONE can report an obvious violation and have the item REMOVED.
Yes, eBay is "just a venue," and can't monitor every auction, but they CAN and SHOULD suspend repeat offenders, warn sellers NOT to sell nude images without a woman's consent, and see to it that if a seller says "I have a model release," that the seller MUST PROVE IT.
EBAY is fostering an environment of disrespect and misogyny and it MUST STOP. This site has been trying, and TRYING to get changes made, and yet, here are FOUR SELLERS blithely offering nude images on Ashley Judd as if they are ENTITLED.
