What says Thanksgiving HOLIDAYS more than CELEBRITY RAPE FANTASY PHOTOS on EBAY?

Here's AWESOME PHOTOS, who just posted dozens of "HOLIDAY SPECIAL" auctions. At $20 each, he's selling entire sets of photos degrading and humiliating all the top stars.

Hello GAYLE KING. You are telling the world how gutted you are about your colleague Charlie Rose touching a thigh or two, and stupidly walking around in an open bathrobe thinking it was a "subtle" way of showing he was attracted to a woman.

How do you feel about images like THESE, which totally and intentionally degrade and humiliate women, and do it for PROFIT. Do you think the CEO of eBAY is a bit creepier than Charlie Rose? Shouldn't the CEO of eBAY be making sure that a fan clicking "report this" and sending the image to OFFENSIVE MATERIALS or ADULT: NOT ALLOWED AT ALL, should see action?

Shouldn't these items be removed within 24 hours and the seller SUSPENDED if he does it again?

That doesn't happen on EBAY. If Julia Roberts has her lawyer send a DMCA to VERO@EBAY.COM her item will be removed, but the OTHER ITEMS (over 300) will stay. Why? Because the CEO of EBAY.COM does NOT RESPECT WOMEN. 

THIS ABUSE SHOULD END. The "ADULTS ONLY" area of EBAY should NOT fester with woman-hating pervs who download crap off the Internet, Photoshop crap, and then PROFIT BY ABUSING WOMEN. Most of the time the items are sold as REAL, and sometimes the items ARE real, like "My ex-girlfriend" photos and "my ex-wife" sets and other REVENGE PORN.

EBAY should not allow ANY items like this when there's NO SIGNED MODEL RELEASE OF AGE AND CONSENT. In that regard, they are violating FEDERAL LAW.

CHARLIE ROSE DID NOT OFFER FAKE NUDE IMAGES OF HIS COLLEAGUES. BUT ON EBAY, TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT SOMEBODY IS SELLING ON FOX NEWS WOMEN:

It's been up to the woman to send in a VERO report for a takedown. The woman has to see the picture, identify herself as the intellectual property owner, and send in a form to VERO@EBAY.COM to stop the insane abuse.

EBAY does not tell sellers they can NOT post images without a woman's SIGNED MODEL RELEASE OF AGE AND CONSENT. 

Federal law says that pornographers MUST have signed model releases on file. DEVIN WENIG doesn't seem to care.

Is he another Charlie Rose? Is he WORSE THAN CHARLIE ROSE? Is he more like KEVIN SPACEY or HARVEY WEINSTEIN?

Women are now complaining that they will NOT allow abuse. How about on EBAY, where it's made easy? There's a secret "adults only" area for these pictures, designed so that if a FOX NEWS woman, or GAL GADOT or JENNIFER LOPEZ types in her name, she won't even SEE this stuff. She won't even SEE a notice: "This item is in the adult section and you must be over 21 to see it." Sneaky. 

EBAY has recently suspended such swine as ALANAVERY and JOHNSWELLSTUFF12 and vintage_art_paper. But here comes AWESOMEPHOTOS and several others. Reporting them to "Report Item" does nothing. The items are still up. WHY?

EBAY'S excuse is "We're very big. We get lots of complaints." And so half of them are ignored? Not even looked at? That's an excuse?

EBAY should state that CELEBRITY NUDES, "MY EX-GIRLFRIEND," Revenge Porn, ANY abuse of WOMEN is an "OFFENSIVE MATERIALS" violation, and that a report of the item to "OFFENSIVE MATERIALS" will get it removed in 24 hours. When will that happen?

Just another EBAY scumbag chosen at random from the ADULTS ONLY section. He forged Emma Watson's signature on a fake nude. That makes him a pedophile forger as well as a misogynist. That's a trifecta of slime.

There's a revolution going on.

It's people, men and women, saying NO to woman-hate, misogyny, and behavior that is simply disrespectful and deliberately demeaning. EBAY has policies against KKK material and NAZI material. They have taken SOME steps to remove sellers of fake nudes and revenge porn. They need to do better. EBAY should make it a priority to pay attention to any REPORT ITEM involving sensitive subjects like "offensive materials" or "adult material." WOMEN should be as protected as Blacks or Jews when it comes to abusive material on the site. If there's no MODEL RELEASE OF AGE AND CONSENT, if theres obvious as shown above, THE SELLER SHOULD BE WHERE CHARLIE ROSE, HARVEY WEINSTEIN, LOUIS CK and KEVIN SPACEY are. NOT making money.

Al Franken? No, Investigate EBAY and PAYPAL

The hoo-hah today is about Al Franken. Why?

In 2006, Al Franken, known to be irreverent and edgy, was photographed ogling a PLAYBOY PLAYMATE through her KEVLAR vest. Oooh, the horror: 

Let's remember that this is a Playboy Playmate, who has been doing USO appearances with Franken in the same manner as Jayne Mansfield did them with Bob Hope. Let's also remember that Bob Hope was a cocksman well known for cheating on his beloved wife for over 40 fucking years.

Is it possible that a woman who has posed naked in Playboy, and who has regularly been smirking on stage to the hoots and whistles of soldiers, can be OFFENDED by a gag photo? Sure. 

But let's take a look NOT at a photo taken of a fairly obscure comedian (2006, he was long gone from "Saturday Night Live") and take a look at a few of the photos being offered on EBAY right NOW: 

Yes,  in the "adult section" of eBay they are STILL abusing and humiliating women for fun and profit. The seller here, AWESOMEPHOTOS, isn't saying these are fakes. He's just selling this junk AS IS. Hey guys, "Linda Ronstadt" photo. Real? Not real? 

MODEL RELEASE, NO MODEL RELEASE?

Ebay supposedly has rules on "offensive materials" now, but these items were reported weeks ago and NOT STOPPED. That tells you that EBAY is a perverted, nasty company, and so is PAYPAL, who process the payments.

Elsewhere on this site, you can read about the FEDERAL LAW that demands that pornographers have on file a signed letter of AGE AND CONSENT. 

Senator Al Franken and other lawmakers should be seeing to it that EBAY and PAYPAL obey their "Terms of Service" AND Federal Law. Obviously, they don't. Not only don't they bother to police their site (they claim it takes too much time and they aren't legally obligated), EBAY AND PAYPAL don't even remove items like the above when asked. 

Use the "report item" link and go through the hoops to send the complaint to ADULT material, NOT ALLOWED or OFFENSIVE MATERIAL, and half the time nothing happens. Call up the line for eBay and talk to a very concerned FEMALE who insists she is offended by this and will make SURE the item is removed...NOTHING HAPPENS.

Surely Senator Franken and the others, so concerned about the poor treatment of women in America, should be concerned about EBAY and PAYPAL, where not only famous women, but ANY WOMEN can be targeted with fake nudes, revenge porn, and images being sold without their knowledge or consent. 

The Al Franken story? Men in general need to understand that power positions shouldn't include sexual innuendo or abuse. But a good percentage of people in power, male or female, tend to develop a lot of arrogance. There are WOMEN at eBAY and PAYPAL who are ignoring the abuse you see on this page. They work in various departments of EBAY and PAYPAL, and they take phone calls and answer e-mails and pretty much say, "Nope, I'm no Norma Rae, I'm no Erin Brokovich and I'm not going to ask CEO Devin Wenig what is going on." Women who are in power positions at eBay ignore letters about this problem, and can't even be reached by phone or email. 

The situation with EBAY and PAYPAL is much more outrageous than the Al Franken story.

WHY? Because IT IS STILL GOING ON. 

Franken's jackass behavior happened 11 years ago. It wasn't a pattern of behavior (like his colleague Louis CK). He wasn't a Senator. He was an edgy comedian who may have been a big edgier than usual because he was on a USO tour and seeing a little more death destruction and chaos than he was expecting. He may have been dealing with crude conditions and less than luxurious travel accomodations, and maybe the reason behind the gag photo was that he was letting off steam, or he figured he could be dead any minute, blown out of the sky. Touching a Playboy model through several layers of insulation isn't much of a crime. 

Compare it to what EBAY sellers are doing: deliberately abusing, humiliating and degrading every popular star. 

Franken's mea culpa has extended to welcoming an investigation into his ethics, and encouraging anyone to come forward who has a complaint. CEO Devin Wenig isn't doing that on EBAY is he? He's more on the same page with Harvey Weinstein or Kevin Spacey or the others who are rich, powerful, smug and selfish. 

EBAY should be cleaning up their act and making sure that NO WOMAN is being abused on the site. That means NO "Selling my ex-wife's photos" auctions, NO "Ex-Girlfriend" pictures, NO "Amateur sex videos" unless from well known professional companies that bought the rights AND have the signed model releases. NO celebrity nudes. 

EBAY should also make sure that Ashley Judd, Rose McGowan, Gal Gadot and EVERY OTHER ACTRESS is aware of what's going on. Right now, if Ashley Judd types in "Ashley Judd," on eBay, all she sees are what eBay WANTS her to see. She doesn't see "Ashley Judd...this image is in the adult section, and can only be accessed if you have a valid credit card on file." She should. She should know that there's an adult section and her images are in there. 

Al Franken? Compare him to CEO Devin Wenig, and Al Franken is a SAINT. Devin...more of the DEVIL. 

What YOU Can do about EBAY MISOGYNY and ABUSE

The point of the items below isn't for you to get mad. It's GET EVEN. 

As we see in the papers, abuse against women (and men) has led to destroyed careers for a mogul named Weinstein and an actor named Spacey. 

EBAY, though progress has been made, needs to sharpen up and do better. They should have a "report item" category a lot less nebulous than: "Adult / Not allowed at all" or "Offensive Materials." Both categories leave plenty of room for "interpretation" from some sleepy-eyed clod in Utah. 

EBAY should specifically state in their rules on posting adult material that NUDE CELEBRITY MATERIAL is NOT ALLOWED, nor ANY ITEMS POSTED WITHOUT A MODEL RELEASE OF AGE AND CONSENT. 

You can help by reporting items you see, especially in their "adult" category. 

You can ask your elected officials to look into how EBAY is breaking Federal Law on allowing material without signed releases of AGE AND CONSENT. 

You can contact civic groups, charities that use EBAY to raise money, and various branches of the Federal Government, ACLU...any group you can think of.

If you know a celebrity, alert that celebrity to join the VERO program. 

Don't hesitate to use SOCIAL MEDIA and contact eBAY on Twitter, or its CEO Devin Wenig. Ebay's various officials are easy to find on social media, including Scott Cutler, Tony Bates and Logan Green. They should be made aware of how close to WEINSTEIN and SPACEY they are, in allowing perverts to be abusive. And their excuse is what...they need the MONEY?

Ebay open season on Gal Gadot, Emma Watson, even Celine Dion

There doesn't seem to be any overt Terms of Service NEW RULE banning "celebrity nudes" and "nude fantasy images." Still, eBay phone support will routinely tell you that such material is UNACCEPTABLE. Sort of like Harvey Weinstein on top of you. 

However, NOBODY seems to know where to report violations. Ebay phone support will vaguely agree that perhaps a report to "ADULT...NOT ALLOWED AT ALL" might be right, or "OFFENSIVE MATERIALS...other offensive materials." 

But if you wanted to report a KKK photo of a black man being lynched, or a Nazi atrocity photo of Jews being killed, you'd instantly go to "OFFENSIVE MATERIALS...KKK, Nazi Related." There is NO drop down menu for "Offensive Materials: Fake Celebrity nudes, photos of celebrities with no model release," etc. 

November 1st, and here are some weasels trying to offer the usual woman-hating items that should be BANNED the same way Jew-hating and Black-hating items are. Humiliating another person for profit is HATEFUL. The excuse is, what, that Gal Gadot is now rich and famous? 

The usual actresses are still being maligned, including Emma Watson, in both faked images and even "art" fantasies. After all, she's never appeared nude, made wholesome movies...that makes her the PERFECT target to defile. 

Do you think it's Celine Dion fans that THIS seller is trying to reach? No, more likely some woman-hater happy to see Celine Dion victimized by fake porn. Celebrity porn like this is about HATE, just as RAPE is not about sexual release but about HATE. This seller HATES Celine Dion, so takes it to a sexual extreme

Yeah, "AWESOME." The seller calls himself AWESOMEPHOTOS. 

Some immature, nasty, vicious weasels on eBay are no doubt the same cowards and criminals who slip a woman a roofie. That is, if they aren't too ugly and smelly to even go out on a date. 

Some of these juvenile delinquents are stuck on Taylor Swift, literally. Oooh, a MAGNET, done without licensing, and in violation of Federal Law that requires a signed model release of age and CONSENT. 

What was wrong with HARVEY WEINSTEIN? No CONSENT. Why doesn't EBAY understand this just a little bit better?
