When is EBAY going to obey Federal Law and stop allowing outrageous illegal photos that do not have a model release of age and consent?

When is EBAY going to understand that HUMILIATING WOMEN FOR PROFIT is HATEFUL?

Here are two sellers, AWESOMEPHOTOS and XUSCGX and BADWOLFE who are merrily making money by ABUSING and DEGRADING famous women. 

What is going on here is outrageous, illegal, offensive, vicious and hateful. 

SO WHY IS IT STILL GOING ON? Where is Rose McGowan? Where is that asshole roaming the streets putting up anti-Meryl Streep posters? Where are the people from ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT? Where are the women of THE VIEW? 

Why is it that this ABOMINABLE behavior continues? Ebay has "offensive materials" rules that protect Jews and Blacks. Sellers can't offer KKK or Nazi memorabilia. BUT...they can offer vicious, anti-woman HATE like the items above.

Al Franken is out of the U.S. Senate because he may have touched some woman on the fanny during a busy meet and greet. But it's all right to create hardcore vicious images on Theron, or to pretend that naked photos of Sally Field are REAL? 

This ends when Rose McGowan and the rest of the so-called FEMINISTS get their little fingers on the keyboards and TWEET about EBAY. Come on ROSE, you can do it. 

It ends when TAYLOR SWIFT's VERO REP makes sure that Taylor is NO LONGER ABUSE in the ADULT AREA.

It ends when so-called hot-shot attorneys like Gloria Allred file a class action lawsuit.

It is also outrageous that the stars who DO have conscientious VERO reps have not been able to get sellers like this suspended. EBAY and twisted sick CEO DEVIN WENIG, actually allow sellers to keep going after a complaint. For some insane reason, EBAY has not suspended the three sellers above even though ALL of them have received takedowns from various VERO reps on behalf of actresses.

Al Franken is the problem? The attitude of big companies like EBAY is a problem, too, and they have to learn what Harvey Weinstein learned, which is that the BIGGER YOU ARE, THE HARDER YOU ARE GOING TO FALL.

That's a FEDERAL issue. It's a FEDERAL LAW that pornographers must have a SIGNED MODEL RELEASE OF AGE AND CONSENT.

Look at any sex magazine, DVD, or adult website, and you'll see the compliance. EBAY does not comply. And YOU have ignored this. 

You have NOT held a press conference and demanded that EBAY have a "report item" link for degrading women as they do for degrading blacks and Jews (ie, "report item" for being involved in KKK or Nazi hate-type activity). 

Isn't THIS hateful? 

Here's a seller with FOUR HUNDRED fake nudes, sold as real, degrading women, humiliating women, and YOU and YOUR OFFICE have ignored this. 

Instead, you grandstand a demand or Trump to resign, knowing full well he is NOT going to do it. He is NOT Al Franken. Your colleague, senior NY Senator Charles Schumer, met with Al, twisted his arm, told him to resign "for the good of the party," so that the Democrats would seem strong and could then go after Roy Moore. Only Roy Moore has not resigned from the Alabama race. And Trump isn't going to resign because YOU told him to.

But it sure makes YOU look good, which is the whole point. 

From somebody indeed, "lightweight" as Trump said, totally ineffectual, with no accomplishments to match Al Franken or anyone else in the Senate, YOU have "made sexual assault the focus" of your career.

Let's add that Kirstin Gillibrand isn't the only female senator with wax up her ears. NONE of the U.S. Senators, FEMALE, have responded to any constituent who has brought up the EBAY issue. NOT A ONE. None of them have sent back an email, sent back a letter, or Tweeted a "thank you, we'll take the appropriate action." 

This EBAY seller has been reported, and reported, and reported. Since this seller arrived in November, REPORTED. And NEVER STOPPED. He's doing it to IVANKA TRUMP, too.

Where are you on this? Why aren't you calling out EBAY CEO DEVIN WENIG for being just as awful as AL FRANKEN or JEFFREY TAMBOR or JAMES LEVINE? 

OR Leonard Lopate or Jonathan Schwartz? You, as a New Yorker, know that WNYC suspended those two men and have not even told them why. They got SOME kind of complaint of sexual misconduct. What do you call what CEO DEVIN WENIG is allowing? Mere Boys Will be Boys pranks? 

Show Donald Trump you aren't really LIGHTWEIGHT, and do something better than political grandstanding. You can start by demanding EBAY suspend the jerk in Louisiana who calls himself AWESOMEPHOTOS because, and you may not understand this being so lightweight, WHAT THIS SELLER DOES IS DEGRADING, DISGUSTING, HUMILIATING, AND ILLEGAL UNDER FEDERAL LAW.

They have "OFFENSIVE MATERIALS" for VIOLENT IMAGES, and KKK material and NAZI material, but not for "SEXUAL ABUSE; Material for sale in violation of FEDERAL LAW which requires a SIGNED MODEL RELEASE of age and CONSENT."

EBAY needs to understand that if Matt Lauer can disappear, EBAY can get a class action lawsuit, and can be prosecuted for violating FEDERAL LAW. The "we're just a venue" excuse doesn't work. EBAY can't sell heroin and claim "we're just a venue." EBAY can NOT VIOLATE FEDERAL LAW

How is it possible for a seller like this to keep going even after being reported over a MONTH AGO? Auctions reported were not even REMOVED!
