Does eBAY CEO Devin Wenig want DEMI MOORE RAPED AND KILLED?

Talk about irresponsible. Talk about deaf to the #MeToo movement. 

Despite a new California law against PHOTOSHOP FAKES and other abuses, a law endorsed by SAG/AFTRA, eBay STILL does NOT have a drop-down menu for "REPORT ITEM" that states nude celebrity fakes and hidden camera pictures are against their rules. 

Here's a DEMI MOORE fake that a known, stopped Ebay Seller is once again offering. Yes, a seller VeRO stopped for abuses on several women, kicked off Paypal, is STILL doing dangerous sales like THIS: 

Did you notice that the seller doesn't even say "Fantasy" image? This misogynist sociopath sex offender is pretending THIS image is REAL. 

For less than five bucks in profit, he's putting DEMI MOORE'S LIFE IN JEOPARDY. 

A stalker-fan seeing this image, and thinking Demi Moore routinely poses like a Hustler centerfold, can easily find her home address online, bring this photo with him, and if she doesn't do what he wants...KILL HER.

It's happened before. Rebecca Schaeffer was her name.

On July 18, 1989, SHE WAS SHOT AND KILLED by Robert Bardo, a fan who went out of control.

There are too many reports of stars getting restraining orders against maniacs. Taylor Swift. Gwyneth Paltrow. Brooke Shields. The list is long. Many cases haven't been reported in the media, but involve famous women trying to keep Photoshop fakes off the Net and trolls, stalkers and obsessed fans AWAY from their door. 

And what is EBAY doing about it? Not what PAYPAL has done. PAYPAL suspended this New Jersey jerk's account. Who hasn't done it? EBAY. Who isn't leaning on his employees hard enough, and not taking the law seriously enough? A guy with a law background named DEVIN WENIG? The CEO of eBAY? 

Does he NOT understand this problem or is he too busy counting his money to pay attention to his website? Why is it that if several VeRO reps report a seller like this, it isn't enough for a suspension? 

THIS is DEVIN WENIG. The cool guy who doesn't wear a tie, but instead, a pirate-skull t-shirt under his blazer. 

Does he look like someone who respects women? 

How much money do you think he makes? 

You'd think this guy from COLUMBIA LAW SCHOOL would want to respect LAW. This includes the FEDERAL law that requires a MODEL RELEASE of AGE AND CONSENT for nude images sold in magazines, for porn DVDs, and for erotic images on websites. 

You'd think this $14 MILLION DOLLAR MAN wouldn't need some nickel-and-dime sales from a woman-hating piece of shit bootlegger from New Jersey who has already been suspended by PAYPAL. 

Let's see who else this New Jersey sociopath is putting at risk with fake nudes and invasion-of-privacy STOLEN images. Remember, this guy was CAUGHT by VeRO reps for SEVERAL ACTRESSES which is part of the reason PAYPAL cut him loose.

This seller has over TWO THOUSAND STOLEN IMAGES FOR SALE. These are just a few of the women he has put at risk. 

Who has to die? Who has to file a lawsuit? What laws on the books need to be underlined to eBAY executives via a subpoena? 

TIME'S UP. Isn't it? TIME for eBay to follow the wishes of SAG/AFTRA and the common sense in treating women with respect. 

THIS seller must GO and it should be easy for anyone to "REPORT ITEM" by getting a drop down menu that doesn't merely say "Offensive Materials" or "ADULT: Not Allowed At all" but very specifically: "Nude Celebrity Material/Material with no Model Release." 

THAT SIMPLE. A simple gun shot ended Rebecca Schaeffer's life. Did she die in vain? 

EBAY needs to STOP BREAKING STATE AND FEDERAL LAW to make MISOGYNY $$$

Just a reminder, SAG/AFTRA. ALL your members need protection. They need a VeRO rep who is experienced and dedicated, and who will find all the abuse, and keep files on abusive bastards who come back for more. 

Here's a guy who was suspended/restricted for multiple abuses. He's come back to...yes, do the SAME thing again. He's confident he can get away with it because he's not abusing Taylor Swift or Emma Watson or whoever got him busted the last time. 

What's needed is a very plain, simple eBay "REPORT ITEM" rule. It should state: "Offensive Materials: Celebrity Nudes" or "Not Allowed At All: Celebrity Nudes" and NOT leave it to somebody in a boiler room in Guam to glance at an item, not know if it's a fake or even a celebrity, and let the item stay.

This is not just offensive. It's DANGEROUS. Idiot who buy this crap and think it's real are the same ones who STALK celebrities, who mail the images in demanding autographs, and even write about the sex fantasies they expect the star to MAKE A REALITY. 

Why would somebody sell this stuff? Somebody with no conscience? Somebody who hates celebrities in general and WOMEN IN PARTICULAR? Someone who doesn't respect a woman's privacy or her intellectual property? 

Ironically, this seller copyrights the GAY ARTWORK he makes himself. He doesn't want anyone else selling it. 

In this ad, the seller praises himself (in the third person) as a great artist, because he solarizes some stolen nude male image. Or perhaps it's HIMSELF? Either way, he makes sure to state that the image is COPYRIGHTED and a LIMITED EDITION. Now you get the idea why he thinks that he can sell downloaded Photoshop fake images of women he found on woman-hate porn sites in Croatia. They're merely WOMEN. 

Here's another seller who was ALSO stopped so often that he got a restriction/suspension and was out for about six months. He comes back and...posts ONE THOUSAND fake nudes, stolen invasion of privacy images, and screen captures from copyrighted movies. 

This sexual predator, this offender, this psychotic sociopath, comes off VeRO stoppages and decides to prey on any woman who hasn't filed against him. 

Just as the RIAA can go after ANY bootlegger on a blog, SAG-AFTRA should be able to file on behalf of ANY of its members. If a rock star's office or a celebrity's office wants to file, fine, but there should be a way to knock out sellers like this, and make it PERMANENT. 

Monkey see monkey do. When these two sellers flood eBay with MORE abusive material, whether it's a gay, woman-hating lunatic or a cheap New Jersey bastard, others follow. That includes these items, also on EBAY today, the Ides of May. 

This seller, who is probably a return offender using a new name, only charges $1.50 for his atrocities. Why? Because he's a misogynist-pimp, and he gets off on OWNING all the women he abuses. He cackles to himself every time he makes a sale off them. Whether it's an obvious fake on Aniston (who clearly has NO VeRO rep and has managers and agents who slam the phone down on anyone pointing this out) or a gleeful "nipple slip" on Gellar, THIS guy is laughing all the way to the bank. 

EBAY should make it simple for anyone to hit "REPORT ITEM" and scroll a menu to: "PROHIBITED...and ADULT/celebrity material" or "Offensive materials...celebrity nudes." EBAY's "offensive materials" category specifically states that KKK and Nazi material and photos of corpses and other specific things are forbidden. NOTHING about misogyny or exploitation of women. WHY?

Several more smellers...er, SELLERS...could be added, but you get the idea. Here's a seller who calls himself BUYER'S DELIGHT for abusing women. Another thinks "ALL THAT GLITTERS" is fake nudes he can sell because he hates women and likes to pimp their images on a power trip. Another seems to think NAPTIMEZ involve abusing women with nightmare Photoshop fakes while championing his own gay artwork.

All should be suspended and should quickly be suspended and have their Paypal accounts ended if they come back again. Oh...more than that. You did notice that ALLTHATGLITTERS does NOT have Paypal listed in his ad? They cut him lose so all he can do is accept checks and money orders. As if that's not a warning sign to eBay! He tells people who PM him that, yes, he can accept a regular credit card if someone gives him their credit card number and forwards a list of the Photoshop fakes desired. Ebay doesn't even get a percentage of these sales and STLL allows the loophole??

What is needed? Prosecuting eBay (main office in San Diego) and CEO Devin Wenig for lazily allowing this abuse of California AND Federal law? Or will eBay wise up. And will more celebrities and their reps take the brief time to stamp out the parasites who are endangering lives by encouraging sex-obsessed stalkers?

He was restricted for months, if not suspended, due to VERO reps reporting his criminal activity. He is, in a word, a THIEF. He steals photos, downloads photos, scans photos, and makes dupes.  

Worse than that, he's a woman-hating sociopath and was happily offering PHOTOSHOP FAKES.

PHOTOSHOP FAKE have always been against the law. FEDERAL LAW says that sellers need a MODEL RELEASE of AGE and CONSENT to sell pornography. The law was simply reinforced thanks to the efforts of SAG/AFTRA, and in California it is SPECIFICALLY against the law to offer DEEP FAKES, DIGITAL FAKES. etc.

SO....here's ALLTHATGLITTERS1 who not only was allowed back by EBAY, but is doing the SAME THING again. 

That's what a SOCIOPATH does.

Add to that, the usual stolen "screencaps," taking images from a movie and selling them without permission, and of course, going to notorious hate-websites and downloading celebrity images stolen off a star's computer or cellphone. AND, the ever disgusting telephoto lens invasion of privacy pix.

But this junk will suffice.

In the real world, a SEX OFFENDER may get PAROLED, but is carefully watched.

On eBAY? NO. 

Here's this New Jersey jerk shoving over ONE THOUSAND illegal auctions back onto the site, because he wants $3.99. Yes, a cheap grifter for sure.

One more thing. PAYPAL wants no part of this creep. PAYPAL has kept its suspension on him, and will NOT let him use their service.

Pervs and stalkers who want fake nude images (sold as REAL) have to use check or money order.

ONCE AGAIN, this is more proof that SAG/AFTRA need to advise their members that EVIL exists, and EBAY, the world's largest and most successful auction website, and virtually the ONLY website that sells celebrity nude photos, is putting their lives at risk.

This activity is as repugnant as racism and hate speech. It is directed at women who, quite often, have no idea they are being subjected to invasion of privacy, defamation, and humiliation. 

EBAY has this "secret" area of their site for "ADULTS ONLY" material, and it's just as obnoxious as an ISIS sleeper cell. It's a place where secret perverts meet. The purpose: to exploit a minority. To delight in misogyny. And to profit by it.

EBAY needs to specifically state that this kind of crap is OFFENSIVE MATERIALS and that it is NOT ALLOWED AT ALL, and that any fan who sees this abuse can click "REPORT ITEM" and know that the seller's items will be removed and the seller WARNED. RESTRICTED. SUSPENDED. 

Why all famous SAG-AFTRA members need a VERO rep

This is a screen-cap from an eBay seller's "store." He's got hundreds of items. Most of them are scams and most of them involve celebrity nude images and fakes. 

Why is he still on the site? One reason is because Marie Osmond either has NO VeRO rep, or doesn't have a good one. A good VeRO rep checks to make sure that IF a celebrity wants to allow dupe photos to be sold, that seller offers quality and does NOT abuse other celebrities. 

Here's what the majority of this seller's items are all about: 

This is a professional grifter who comes back from time to time under a new name. Each time, he makes sure to remove the items that got him in trouble the last time. Con men like this begin to know which celebrities to avoid. BUT...if more celebrities, even ones who aren't usually abused by fake nudes, join in, this kind of thing would be an exception and not the rule. 

Celebrities often work for charitable causes. Well, isn't it CHARITABLE to look out for yourself and your colleagues? It doesn't have to cost a dime to be protected on eBay, the world's BIGGEST auction site, and just about the only place to get celebrity photos and autographs. 

A celebrity can appoint anyone to be a VeRO rep: a relative or a trusted fan or webmaster. Hopefully, SAG-AFTRA can provide the name of a good volunteer. 

If Marie Osmond doesn't mind dupe photos being sold, a) it should be a dealer who is not abusive or underhanded, and perhaps b) that dealer should also donate 15% or 25% or 50% to charity on every sale. Ebay makes this VERY easy to do, with the deduction made automatically at time of sale.

Yes, it's all written in legalese, but it is, in the very best sense, A MORAL VICTORY.

This website has been fighting for such legislation for a long time, and using every means possible to encourage others to publicize the issue, report violations, alert the media, and alert the victims. While some might not want to be named, as the "bad guys" can be juvenile, hacky, spiteful and prankish, here's a big THANK YOU to all who have been offended by the Photoshop plague and have worked to get this law passed. 

Hopefully EBAY will specifically mention this law on the pages where they advise sellers on what is and is NOT legal to sell in the site. 

It is also hoped that while this site has focused primarily on EBAY, that the rebel websites that "JIHAD" against female celebrities, and forego common decency for 4 CHAN bratty behavior, will find themselves BLOCKED by ISP's and even taken down by ICE or some other government agency.

It IS time to take back the Internet, and that applies not only to the issue of Photoshop Fakes, but all illegal activity, including piracy. For too long, GOOGLE has been the prime offender, allowing YOUTUBE to be loaded with pirated material, and allowing bloggers (via their BLOGSPOT free blogs) to constantly "give away" as "Freedom of Speech" entire discographies and filmographies. GOOGLE, much worse than EBAY, puts rights owners through unbearable hoops when it comes to DMCA's. Their "GOOGLE CLOUD" service is now right up there with Zippyshare, Mediafire, Rapidgator and Yadi in empowering obnoxious creeps to pretend to be Robin Hoods because they "love music" or think everyone should see movies and TV shows for FREEEEEEE. 

This is not just a fight that puts money in the pockets of the RIAA or SAG-AFTRA. This fight benefits us all, because the more that's STOLE'D the less that's SOLD. Do you really want nothing but Marvel superhero movies? Rotten reality shows on TV? NO new music albums from older performers who can't even get on an indie label anymore? Most of this is due to INTERNET PIRACY. The fight goes on. The wheels of justice may be slow, but they are BIG wheels and they can and will crush the rats AND the maggots and parasites who do nothing positive and everything with malice.

Lastly, EBAY needs to not only make sure Photoshop FAKES are removed from the site, but any INVASION OF PRIVACY items and obvious unauthorized sales, such as a dozen items from a seller-brat named thekidjr who scans pictures stolen out of magazines and downloads sneaky paparazzi pictures to sell. HE is being rewarded for being nothing but somebody who counterfeits images and abuses women.
