Female celebrities don't exactly need ENCOURAGEMENT when it comes to attracting creepy "fans" and outright STALKERS. 

EBAY should not be helping. EBAY should not empower the next PETER BRAUNSTEIN (Google him) to use the site to SEXUALLY ASSAULT A WOMAN. 

And yet, ALL the material you see below is on EBAY today, and their secret, roiling, stinking "ADULT" section that Scarlet Johansson and Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Lawrence and the #METOO collection of a HUNDRED OTHER FAMOUS WOMEN don't know about.

Are we waiting for the headline to SCREAM about a favorite actress RAPED or RAPED AND BEATEN or RAPED AND KILLED? 

Idiots who think they just bought a REAL photo of a famous star doing a slutty "come hither" naked pose...are THISCLOSE to stalking. Why not take a minute to REMOVE the TEMPTATION?

While some sellers sell STOLEN images, unauthorized screen captures from nude scenes in copyrighted movies, or sneaky voyeur images of celebrity caught with a hidden camera, MOST images are FAKES. They are EYE-TO-EYE images that make it seem like these famous stars spend all their time doing HUSTLER photos and are GLAD to have an eBAY SELLER offering them. 

MOST BIDDERS THINK THE STARS ARE SLUTS WHO ARE GETTING A PERCENTAGE OF THE PROFIT FROM AN AUTHORIZED SELLER! This is DANGEROUS. 

The seller who has these and HUNDREDS MORE, should NOT be using PAYPAL and should NOT be using EBAY to offer this material. 

"REPORT ITEM" to "Offensive Materials" and guess what. NOBODY AT EBAY THINKS THESE IMAGES ARE OFFENSIVE.

The best way to get rid of them is to take ONE minute to cut and paste the auction number and send it to VERO@EBAY.COM. The VeRO (VERIFIED RIGHTS OWNER) program removes these things AND repeat offenders get SUSPENDED. It's not "whack a mole." They get SUSPENDED and DO NOT COME BACK.

But it takes a VERO rep to do this. Ebay doesn't allow fans to use the VERO department. They require that somebody AUTHORIZED by the star (and this signature could be the star's spouse, child, manager, agent) sign a document first. That's the ONLY technicality. 

Isn't it better to quash a parasite, stomp a sociopath, prevent a creepy woman-hater from making money...than risk a STALKER who will RAPE AND KILL a high-profile star? 

Fake nude images PROVOKE. They should be REMOVED.

EBAY should not allow ABUSE OF WOMEN on their site. But they do. 

PAYPAL claims it violates their "terms of service" for a seller to offer fraudulent items. But they allow it. 

You'll read more about it on various entries on this site, including how FEDERAL LAW is being broken by allowing sales of material WITHOUT A SIGNED MODEL RELEASE of AGE and CONSENT. 

THIS entry is for YOU: the famous actress. Or YOU the manager or agent or relative of the famous actress. Say #METOO to "I'M NOT ALLOWING THIS." 

The good news is it's easy to get items removed from EBAY through a DMCA and...even better...the more complaints there are, the more likely the seller will be SUSPENDED. 

The problem right now is that a few times each month, somebody NEW shows up, and it takes way too long to get that person SUSPENDED. That person not only makes money off these women, he is stoking the fires of STALKERS and LUNATICS who think these pictures are REAL because they are SOLD as REAL.

Sending in a DMCA is simple. Just cut and paste the auction number. A lawyer isn't needed. All that's needed is AUTHORIZATION. Ebay needs to know that YOU are ACTING on BEHALF of the ACTRESS.

This seller has 100's more...because these celebrities either don't know there's abuse going on, or don't know that anyone, even a trusted fan running a Facebook page, can be authorized to send in a complaint and get the item removed. It takes ONE MINUTE. But it takes AUTHORIZATION.

Management offices. Agent offices. If you're reading this, please deputize an intern to check eBay once a week or bi-weekly to send in DMCA's. It'll be "maintenance" very quickly. There aren't many of these creeps around. The target is to make sure there are NEVER any who stay around for long.

It's vital not only because this stuff is immoral, but because it's DANGEROUS. It's DANGEROUS that a high-profile site like eBAY has such flaws in its system. Using "REPORT ITEM" and sending a complaint to "OFFENSIVE MATERIALS" works maybe one in three times. Ebay claims they know Photoshop fakes are "offensive" but employees vary on what they think is "offensive" and some even believe it's possible these sellers are authorized, and leave it to the VERO (Verified Rights Owner) program to stop items. 

DEPUTIZE/AUTHORIZE an Intern, Mr. Manager, Mr. Agent. Deputize a friend or a fan, Ms. Celebrity. Don't wait for a stalker to show up saying, "Pose like this for me...you're obviously selling your images on eBay, so do what I tell you..." 

Internet sites must obey law. They rely on apathy to help them make a profit. THIS seller has over 8,000 dupe photos for sale. Does eBay and Paypal want a percentage of each sale? YES. Should they get it? NO. Join VERO@EBAY.COM and send in the DMCA's to STOP THIS. Say #METOO, I am VERO REPRESENTED. 

This seller with over 8,000 FAKE and UNLICENSED images should NOT be putting actresses at risk of stalkers, and should NOT be pimping Photoshop fakes.

All Women Happily Pose Naked so an EBAY Creep can make $3.00 chump change

One veteran (how many YEARS now) eBay seller continues to post FAKE NAKED PICTURES of WOMEN to make pathetic chump change. 

Take out EBAY and PAYPAL's pimp percentage, and the seller makes only a few dollars, but hey, that adds up. And what's the risk? That the pinhead morons who BUY this shit might stalk Mary Kate or Jennifer? Might pester them to autograph these bogus pictures? ALL these fake images are posted as REAL. There is no PERMISSION for them, no statement "these models have signed a form of age and CONSENT." 

EBAY's excuse is "we're just a venue" and "we're very busy" and "we've issued this seller several warnings..." and other examples of irresponsible crapathy. The #metoo movement obviously has a long way to go. This seller wouldn't get away with posting Photoshop pictures of Jewish Al Franken being led to an oven, or Obama about to be lynched or even Al Roker standing next to a Klansman.

But abuse women? SURE....GO RIGHT AHEAD....

PEDOPHILES on PAYPAL and EBAY - where #METOO is IGNORED

PAYPAL and EBAY are two of those faceless, morality-empty Internet success stories. Complaints are ignored. Copyright owners jump through hoops only to find their DMCA's questioned and discarded. Contact with real people who can help rarely happens.  

A few "don't worry, we'll take action" morons man the phone lines, wearing you down as they agree with you, hang up and then do NOTHING. A few others frankly challenge anything and everything you say, and parry any remark with "We don't discuss that" or "I can't forward this call to anyone else" or "You might want to write a letter and mail it to the main office. 

MEANWHILE.... 
Pedophiles prosper. 

The fact is that EBAY doesn't give a damn about Federal Law and whether there's a signed model release of age or consent. Revenge porn can be sold on eBay. "FOUND" and "AMATEUR" pictures are routinely sold: 

Sellers don't even have to PRETEND their models are 18. They don't even have to say in their ads "models are of legal age and full information is on file." Ebay, "just a venue," claims they don't have to abide by the same laws that professional pornographers do, and have signed model releases on file.

The images above were not censored in eBay's sneaky "ADULTS ONLY" section.  The fact is, people can spend all day trolling that area of eBay, never buy anything, and pull all kinds of obscene pictures onto their desktops for free. 

The main area of eBay routinely offers thousands upon thousands of "nude male" gay interest full frontals, and "nude girl" images. Ebay says it's all fine with them, as long as it's in the "art" section. Graphic hardcore USUALLY goes into the"ADULS ONLY" section, but plenty of hardcore magazines, DVDs and photos don't get stopped because Ebay's "report item" link is such a joke.

Here's a seller who offers blatant images of underage boys, nude and embracing. How ADORABLE, says EBAY:

The image was reported to PAYPAL, who also supposedly has "Terms of Service" rules. Their rules prohibit material like this. A phone support person said, "This is a violation. Don't worry. We're gonna cut loose this seller within 48 hours." A WEEK LATER, and the item's still up. Another call to Paypal gets, "Sorry, we can't connect you with "Risk Management" and "Sorry, we can't connect you to the person you spoke with last week." And "Did you buy this? Was there a problem with the sale? We can't really discuss this unless you've made a purchase." 

Paypal and Ebay have phone support people who are either completely stupid, or have been indoctrinated with Scientology-precision in evading all questions and giving NO answers. 

Meanwhile, Ebay and Paypal take in money from anyone who wants to offer pornography. "Schoolgirl" headers involving porn are supposedly illegal on eBay, and a "report this" item has a specific category for ADULT/pedophilia, minors." Only whoever looks at this, is blind to items such as: 

In the REAL WORLD of pornography, the companies scrupulously check the age of all women, check the drivers license, and insist the women pose with their drivers license and real name, and keep that information on file. They care about CONSENT, and want to make sure the women understand how the photos will be used. EBAY could care less. Paypal could care less.

ANY woman can find her images hacked and SOLD on EBAY using PAYPAL. 

In fact, that's how EBAY and PAYPAL want it. They actually expect that women will be surfing all over the Net, know there's a secret "ADULTS ONLY" area of eBay, go through thousands of auction headers involving "FOUND" Polaroids and "AMATEUR GIRL" photos, and if they see themselves, send in a DMCA to have the item removed. Then do it all over again a week later when the seller puts it up again, changing the header title, or using another seller ID.

It's not just celebrities who are abused and humiliated, although THAT category is still rife with abuse. The two examples below? One is from a seller who has spent the past decade frolicking with DOZENS of new identities and is never inconvenienced for even a day when he actually gets suspended for multiple violations. The other seller has been humiliating women for over a year, with eBay phone support saying "Oh yes, we have a lot of violations. He will very shortly get a reprimand. His privileges may be revoked for a day or a week, or he might be restricted to selling only 500 images instead of 4,000." Gosh. 

Yes, for over a year, this last seller has been getting away with pretending his faked-up photos are REAL, and selling them to people who are even more twisted than he is. Does eBay or Paypal care if a celebrity gets a stalker following her around showing her fake nudes and demanding sex? "We're JUST A VENUE..."
