The Jennifer Lawrence "SEX CRIME" EBAY CONTINUES TO COMMIT

In "Vanity Fair," Jennifer Lawrence called it "A SEX CRIME."

Today, a guy who "spoofed" or  "PFISHED" (nice terms for tricked) Jennifer Lawrence and others into giving up passwords, was sentenced to a mere nine months in prison.

Today, the nude photos of Jennifer Lawrence are STILL BEING SOLD ON EBAY. Technically, this is stolen merchandise. Some sellers even admit they are "LEAKED." Technically, eBay a "report this item" to eBay should lead to a takedown. It does not.

And where is Jennifer Lawrence's VeRO rep? Does Jennifer Lawrence, her manager or her agent even HAVE a VeRO rep?

Today, you'll find THESE items in eBay's sneaky "adults only" section

At one time, the photos were going for $10 or $15 each, but now that most everyone has them already, the cheap parasites on eBay will settle for $5.

Two big problems:

ONE:  that eBay even allows "leaked" photos, and will play dumb for any seller who simply posts them as "selfies" (without signed age or consent documents).

TWO: that too many celebrities have no idea there IS an "adults only" section on eBay. A star like Jennifer Lawrence, who doesn't have an official website and doesn't have any responsible people checking a Twitter or Facebook account (if she even has one), can't be contacted by a concerned fan.

Aside from the REAL stolen images of Jennifer Lawrence, eBAY sellers gleefully post fakes which they usually pretend are real.

Did any of these (or 100 others) even bother to say "Fake?" No. The EBAY sellers are spreading (pardon the pun) the message that every female celebrity wants the world to see her naked. That they even franchise eBay sellers to offer these images and take a percentage of the profit.

EBAY should stop allowing "celebrity porn" for a simple reason: it's against Federal Law to dispense pornography without having "a signed document of age and consent" on file. A notice about that is on ANY porn mag or DVD you might buy, and is prominently stated on any website showing adult material.

Lastly, if JENNIFER LAWRENCE, GWYNETH PALTROW, BEYONCE, and a few others had VeRO reps checking the "adult" area, most of the sellers would be suspended by now. They thrive on apathy and ignorance.

They also thrive because EBAY is ignoring Federal law on "age and consent" and EBAY so far is also refusing to include "humiliation of women" in their "offensive materials" rule that bars people from doing Photoshop jobs on minorities, gays, or religions.

Rolling Stone to EBAY: "IT'S NEVER ACCEPTABLE..."

Maybe Jann Wenner should place a call to the CEO of EBAY, and read him a line from a new article on the website:

"It's never acceptable to share sexual images of someone without their consent."

He might be referring to EBAY having over 100 raunchy photo fakes on BEYONCE including these:

OR he could be referring to hundreds of other images of the top female singers that Rolling Stone covers, including TAYLOR SWIFT.

TAYLOR SWIFT may be a singer-songwriter to most of us, but to EBAY sellers in the "adults only" section, she's TITS BOOBS. Like so:

The picture doesn't even bother to say it's a "fantasy." Or unauthorized. Here's another, in which Taylor Swift's adjectives are: PUSSY ASS SLUT

These are among TODAY's finds on EBAY.

An irony is that TODAY, Rolling Stone's feature website article is about the morality of the news media "sharing" private sexual texts and photos. Anthony Weiner, a disgraced politician, and Leslie Jones, the "Saturday Night Live" actress, both were victims of the Internet's habit of grabbing private photos and tossing them around for smirks and laughs.

In this excerpt, the most important line of the piece is highlighted:

That line is ESPECIALLY important in regard to EBAY where the items aren't available for "news" purposes, or for "sharing" among a community of snickering pervs in a private forum. On EBAY, the images have been downloaded so they can be SOLD. The Photoshop fakes (and sometimes stolen actual hacked nude photos) are grinder through a printer and sold WITHOUT CONSENT. WITHOUT A SIGNED MODEL RELEASE.

Even at their most mild, they are an outrageous invasion of privacy. THIS particular EBAY seller gives the impression his downloaded Photoshop fakes are licensed, and that Taylor Swift is either happy to pose naked, or happy to let someone fake an image and make money off her while demeaning her

Hopefully EBAY will address this overdue problem and prohibit "celebrity porn" on its site. The rule against "offensive materials" needs to include material that obviously is intended to demean women. Currently the rules simply address religious and ethnic groups. CONSENT is what separates "good" porn from "bad" porn.

Lastly, EBAY has a limp rule about duplicating photos without permission. Right now, if someone red-flags an image and reports it, EBAY will simply state "we have no idea whether the seller has permission to duplicate this or not." They toss the problem to their "VeRO" department, declaring that if the person in the photo objects, and registers with their "VeRO" program, they'll remove it. Otherwise, not.

EBAY should, in egregious situations, be asking a seller who has had multiple complaints and VeRO stoppages to either show some signed documents or CEASE AND DESIST and obey their rules:

Right now, the loophole is that they pull a Sgt. Schulz and "know nnnnuthing, nnnnnuthing," about whether a seller's material is "authorized" or not, and DON'T ASK. A reason for that is that lax Internet law technically doesn't require them to ask. At the moment, Internet law requires copyright owners and owners of intellectual property to police the entire Internet and be everywhere and see everything, while website owners scan simply pretend not to notice abuse...or question it.

Ebay Racism: Humiliating Black Women is not "OFFENSIVE" to EBAY

EBAY actually has rules about "offensive materials." You can't sell material that maligns a particular ethnic or racial group. You can't sell "I love the KKK" t-shirts. But you CAN pretend black women have posed lewdly so white sellers can make money off them.

There are a dozen creepy white guys in the "Adults Only" area of EBAY selling fake nudes of famous black celebrities. Almost all are billed as REAL. If you click "report this item," and direct your complaint to the "Offensive Materials" employees, they just laugh.

HOW many years has it been since D.W. Griffith made the silent film "Intolerance?" Isn't this item "marketed inappropriately," by a) having no signed model release of age or consent, and b) demeaning for sexual pleasure a woman who did not pose this way?

Shouldn't eBay understand that "sexual orientation" (or simply being FEMALE) is no reason for abuse-for-profit? Shouldn't eBay care that a black woman's "race or ethnic background" is making her a target for racist whites who get a sexual thrill out of seeing her stripped like a slave and paraded like a pickaninny whore?

Why is it OK to run this and another 50 other demeaning pictures of Beyonce or Rihanna or Halle Berry (among others)? Haven't we learned by now that "no means no" and "without consent" means "don't do it"?

Yes, "Do Not Copy" appears on pictures craven parasites have downloaded off obscure, woman-degrading porn websites and grind through an Epson printer for a lousy $3.88 sale.

EBAY is that desperate for their 10% of $3.88? And PAYPAL, too? The "adults only" area of EBAY is loaded with RIHANNA AND BEYONCE abuses. The sad thing is that pervs and racists no where to find this crap, but a lawyer or manager for Rihanna or Beyonce wouldn't see this if they just go to EBAY.COM and type the name in. They'd need to specifically go to the "adults only" area to log in. (How you do that is explained at the end of this post).

Let's remember that in the REAL world, in the offices of EBAY workers in Draper, UTAH and the offices of EBAY executives in San Jose, CALIFORNIA, if some guy wandered around showing off fake nudes of female employees, he'd be fired, if not arrested.

But on the Internet? With EBAY making a percentage? It's OK. Turn the black woman into a stripped slave girl. Imagine rich and famous stars in totally undignified poses, and with most of them insisting the pictures are REAL. How many years has it been since John Lennon sang "WOMAN IS THE NIGGER OF THE WORLD?"

This website is still waiting, and hoping, that we'll be able to report that EBAY will strengthen it's rules on the duplication of celebrity photos and the abuse of "celebrity porn," and BAN THIS MATERIAL.

It should not be up to Rihanna or Beyonce or Halle to know there's a secret area of EBAY, to have to go and look at demeaning and hurtful images, and spend time filing takedown requests on the grounds of "intellectual property" violation. These images are a violation Federal law (no signed model release of age and consent) and a violation of DIGNITY.

The pictures above are the "nicer" ones, by the way. Many others are overt in Photoshopping the women in poses involving bondage and gang bangs and urophilia. And, no, that stuff is NOT in violation of Ebay rules per se, and maybe that's ok if the performers have SIGNED model releases of consent. What consenting adults do is different from tricking up celebrity images with NO consent.

Ask your State Senator why EBAY is breaking Federal law. Ask eBay at   866-540-3229

NOTE: to access the "ADULTS ONLY" area of EBAY, go to:
http://www.ebay.com/sch/Everything-Else/99/i.html
And type in ADULTS ONLY

NOTE: to send a takedown on an item you must be a VeRo rep. The hoop is only this: actress, agent, manager or friend signs a form saying they are authorized. After that, simply cut and paste the offending auction number and send to: vero@ebay.com

How EBAY protects PEDOPHILES in humiliating Emma Watson of HARRY POTTER

One of the sick, sad things about the Internet is that "revenge porn" and voyeur-peep porn is rampant. A woman breaks up with her boyfriend and he throws her nude pictures all over the place. People upload "voyeur" images that are "perfectly legal" according to some state laws.

And celebrities? EBAY is still allowing the sale of fake nudes (and hacked nude images) despite the seller violating Federal Law and having NO SIGNED STATEMENT OF AGE AND CONSENT. This includes the dozens and dozens of images on Harry Potter teen star EMMA WATSON, a favorite target

EMMA WATSON, and hundreds of other celebrities, have no idea there's a secret "adults only" area of eBay.

EBAY does their part...not only DON'T they make these items illegal so anyone can report them, they PROTECT PEDOPHILES by not forwarding messages to alert these actresses. Many actresses do have a VeRO rep (lawyer, manager) who glances at eBay now and then to remove forgeries or blatant piracy. Many of these reps have NO IDEA there's an adult section, and EBAY will NOT forward messages to alert them.

Yes, if a fan complains to vero@ebay.com and there's any response, it's like to be the above. The fan's next hopeless step is to try and find an official website, or try to get a message through on a Facebook page where a million others are screaming for autographed photos.

EBAY is imperfect enough by not including the abuse of women  in their "offensive materials" rules, and in letting sellers get away with massive duplication and piracy of photos (or celeb images on mousepads, t-shirts etc.) But to coddle craven sociopaths who get a kick out of humiliating teenage stars like Emma Watson or Selena Gomez?

To this seller, and a dozen like him, women are just "nude tits boobs." Steal an image, graft it onto stolen porn, and make $5.99. Ha ha ha. Don't need a signed statement of age or consent. Ho ho ho.

Jeff Bezos at Amazon doesn't allow this type of material. No reputable site does. Why does EBAY?

Sophia Robb rape, Britney Spears Urine, Hayden Panettiere Bondage? ENOUGH!

Yes, there are "twisted" people who like to rape, humiliate and abuse women. On the Internet there are plenty of places where they exchange Photoshop "fantasies" on famous actresses. Some present the items as real. This is "fun."

On EBAY, it's "fun and PROFIT." Download these images and sell them? Really? Isn't that ILLEGAL? Actually, there's a FEDERAL LAW that requires pornographers to keep a signed "age and consent" form on file. These EBAY sellers do NOT.

To find out of a star you care about is being abused, you can go to:
http://www.ebay.com/sch/Everything-Else/99/i.html
Type in "adults only." You have to be a registered EBAY bidder or seller.

If you DON'T like what you see, and you represent one of the stars, you can contact vero@ebay.com. If you want to tell EBAY that you wish they'd change their policy on allowing this material, and conform to FEDERAL LAW, call: 866-540-3229

You might also leave messages, comments and suggestions at:

http://community.ebay.com

There is no excuse, NONE, for allowing a middle-aged couple to use a home printer and grind out humiliating images of Britney Spears squatting and urinating. They even sell these as if they're REAL.

They have over ONE THOUSAND other abusive images on famous women. Even the dead are not sacred to them. They pretend Natalie Wood actually autographed a fake nude on her.

Several reps for stars have ordered takedowns, and yet this seller has yet to be suspended.  How many does it take?

Other sellers on EBAY are even worse. Their idea of "parody" or "fantasy" is to show women disgraced, humiliated, raped and beaten. EBAY does not think this is a violation of their "offensive materials" rules?

It's astonishing how this situation has become more and more vile and violent, and all for $6 and $10 sales. What some people won't do for a buck! And what EBAY is allowing to get their percentage!

EBAY: PEDOPHILE PORN on Emma Watson, Tara Lipinski, McKayla Maroney

It is beyond sad that EBAY has PEDOPHILE PORN on their site, in the sneaky, hidden "adults only" area that many don't know about. Perverts know about it, though. Just as junkies know where to get a fix, perverts know where on eBay the "goodies" are.

That includes vicious whipping/bondage fantasies on EMMA WATSON, who was the innocent and under-age girl in the Harry Potter movies.

Tara Lipinski, the underage darling of the Olympics whose skating delighted the world...delights pedophiles via fake celebrity porn  that EBAY still hasn't declared "offensive materials" or against their policies.

Another Olympic medalist, McKayla Maroney, has gotten the undue attention of pedophiles on EBAY. As they do with most any female celebrity, there's joy in stripping her down and humiliating her for profit.

EBAY (as you can read in posts below) has policies against all kinds of things, from chloroform to "well worn panties" to material that "glorifies the KKK or Nazi dogma." And yet, if you report a photo fake in which a girl from "Harry Potter" movies is portrayed as being raped, "offensive materials" rules don't apply and the auction is not stopped.

The latest from EBAY is that, thanks to this website and to others concerned with the abuse-for-profit sellers, they are going to "look into" this problem.

No. What the problem probably is, is that EBAY is a very, very big site and is actually divided into two major locations in San Jose, CA and in Draper, UT. They have, like most giant corporations, a honeycomb of people who may or may not have access to the CEO, and the CEO may not have the time to look into every problem. Not unless that problem is openly discussed.

This site, unlike the eBay pedophile sellers, doesn't make a profit. It is NOT on GoFundMe. It is also NOT affiliated with anti-porn crusaders or lobbying with conservative agendas.

This site is here to request common sense change in eBAY rules so that ONLY women who are WILLING to appear in porn are being sold on the site. If a seller has a signed statement of age and consent, fine. EMMA WATSON has not signed anything. TARA hasn't. MARONEY hasn't. 100's of female celebrities don't even realize there IS a secret "adults only" area where they are being victimized. None should end up like Rebecca Schaeffer.

This site would like nothing better than to state "EBAY HAS LISTENED," and offer a big thank you. EBAY has evolved, disallowing the sale of chloroform (after Peter Braunstein bought some and assaulted a woman). It has regularly refined rules and regulations in all kinds of ways. Let's hope that a ban on "celebrity porn" will happen, and that sellers will no longer be able to claim their images are "parody" or merely "items from my personal collection." What's needed is sellers conforming to Federal Law, and stating under penalty of perjury, that they have, and can produce, a SIGNED STATEMENT OF AGE AND CONSENT.

CHER & BRITNEY SPEARS, PISSED on EBAY

NOTE: to access the "ADULTS ONLY" area of EBAY, go to:
http://www.ebay.com/sch/Everything-Else/99/i.html
And type in ADULTS ONLY

NOTE: to send a takedown on an item you must be a VeRo rep. The hoop is only this: actress, agent, manager or friend signs a form saying they are authorized. After that, simply cut and paste the offending auction number and send to: vero@ebay.com

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/programs-vero-ov.html

NOTE: currently eBay officially protects (via their "offensive materials" rule) material that glorifies NAZIs, KKK, etc. or humiliates or degrades racial or ethnic groups, but NOT WOMEN.

What in the WORLD is wrong with EBAY?
Here's one seller with 3000 items this week in August of 2016, and ALL of them are visual rape.

NONE of these photos are authorized.
The seller has NO signed form of age and consent on them.

This ONE seller has nearly 2,998 more of these, with hundreds of top stars being humiliated, degraded and abused for the sexual pleasure of EBAY BIDDERS, and the profit of EBAY.

What will it take for EBAY to understand that WOMEN'S PRIVACY MATTERS?

What will it take for EBAY to understand that in the real world, pornographers obey Federal Law and have a signed model release on file, and available to the FBI or law enforcement or anyone else who may wish to prosecute those who aid and abet rape?

This seller is "TOP RATED" on EBAY? Are you sure he isn't the "TOP RAPER" on eBay?

Most open-minded people believe that it's "OK" if the eroticism is "between consenting adults." Well, look at those images of Britney Spears and Cher. They did not consent. The seller doesn't have signed agreements with them.

"Nude Celebrity" images are just as bad as bestiality images and kiddie porn, both of which are against eBay rules. Ebay believes, as we all do, that bestiality and kiddie porn are wrong because there is no consent. The animals and children are being taken advantage of. Well, these faked-up nude images are of women who don't know they are being abused, have no idea there's a "secret" adults only area of eBay, and have NOT given consent. Sellers have to license celebrity images on product. When it's material this offensive and shocking, they most certainly should have to state, under penalty of perjury, that they DO have a signed document and that they can produce it.

Who in their right mind doesn't see the logic of this? It seems that the CEO of eBay simply is not aware of this problem. It can't be that he CONDONES VISUAL RAPE. Can he?

There are another dozen sexual predators on EBAY in their "adults only" section who are doing the same thing, but they only have 100 or 200 images. THIS guy has nearly 3,000:

This seller from SICKLERVILLE, New Jersey is currently abusing, among others:

EVA MENDES

RACHEL BILSON

TIFFANY AMBER THEISEN

And so many more.

The question here is whether the CEO of EBAY, or anyone else in authority, understands Federal law, or sees how the abuse in the "ADULTS ONLY" section has gotten so far out of hand.

Check some of the other links on his site, and you'll see more examples.

Currently, eBay shrugs and says "We're JUST a venue" so it's up to Annette Funicello or Mary Tyler Moore to be alive, know there's an "adults only" section, look at the images, and report them.

This seller of course is abusing the most famous stars of today for his profit. He is about 56, and his partner in crime, she is about 61. You'd think they'd know better. But apparently retired and with nothing better to do, they download malicious Photoshop items, pretend they're REAL, and are thrilled to make about $8 profit on each one.

Taylor Swift is one of the most notorious protectors of copyright and trademark, and yet her VeRO rep didn't notice NINETY Taylor Swift fake nudes in the "adult section." That's because the section is designed to be secretive, and word of mouth spreads to the most perverse and degenerate people: "This is where the GOODS are..."

Even the dead are not safe from this seller (and others like him). He pretends Natalie Wood actually SIGNED a fake naked photo of herself. And YOU can have a copy for $10.99.

Several of eBay's lower level employees have admitted, "I am disgusted by these items. They are offensive to women. I wish I was in a position to do more. All I can do is "report" them and make note that there's been a complaint."

Currently, an eBay seller who gets a takedown (and this seller has), is given "another chance" and then "another" and "another," as if he MIGHT have permission from the other celebrities he's visually raping and abusing. The VERO program (Verified Rights Owner program) does NOT have a specific number of complaints it needs before a seller is suspended.

What is needed is for eBay's "offensive materials" and "Celebrity materials" rules to be strengthened to include: "NO CELEBRITY NUDE IMAGES," and no images without a signed model release of age and consent. "Revenge porn" and images that humiliate celebrities for sexual pleasure should NOT be on EBAY.

Isn't EBAY better than this? Does EBAY really need the pimp money here?

It seems that EBAY's CEO just doesn't know what's going on here, and complaints have not reached him.

ALL that this site is aiming for is to call attention to the ABUSE OF WOMEN who are being secretly humiliated and abused. Any one of the celebrities above could be raped or killed by some nut who bought an image from JOHNSWELLSTUFF12 and thought "this is real, let me get some of this from her."

NO woman should have her privacy invaded like this.
