As you've no doubt noticed on ANY porn website, there's a notification of compliance with U.S. law, which states that models MUST be over 18, and there MUST be signed forms of AGE AND CONSENT available for examination.
EBAY routinely lets sellers grind photos of "ex-wives" and "ex-girlfriends" through their printers and sell them WITH NO signed forms of AGE AND CONSENT.
Likewise, EBAY routinely allows sellers to sell tricked up "fantasy" images of female celebrities in degrading and obscene poses. Did these women CONSENT to this? NO.
It's time for EBAY to either shut down its "adult" section, or OBEY FEDERAL LAW.
It's one thing for people to enjoy "legal" porn if they want to. If women CONSENT and are OF AGE, then let them make money or get their kicks from being "porn stars."
If EBAY sellers want to sell magazines, DVDs and photo sets that obviously comply with the law, fine. Stop with the "here's my ex-wife naked, 20 snapshots, ha ha" and "my ex-girlfriend was a fox. I've put 50 images on a CD." And stop with "Here's how I imagine Taylor Swift would look like gang banged..."
The Attorney General and various other political leaders DO have the power to enforce the law, and that can mean fines or jail.
This is 2017, and Donald Trump is president. The IVANKA fantasy images you can see below, should be voluntarily removed by EBAY changing their policy.
EBAY policy should read: "No celebrity porn, no images without a signed model release of age and consent that YOU the SELLER can produce on demand, under penalty of perjury."
EBAY is aware of the problem by now. It's time for the solution to be put in place. Simple: allow anyone to report an offending auction, and if the seller persists, the seller is suspended.
This is 2017. Women's rights should be respected, and NO WOMAN should have porn sold on her without her CONSENT.
