Well, when a woman has not signed an agreement of CONSENT, isn't it also a violation of Federal Law?
When any famous woman has her privacy invaded, isn't that a crime? When any famous woman is subjected to "fantasy" Photoshop images depicting her naked, isn't that offensive?
Here's what a pair of EBAY sellers are happily doing today, March 15th:
What's the excuse?
EBAY will tell you that these images are not "offensive" nor "obscene." (They've said the same thing about fake pictures of Taylor Swift tied up and gang banged, and underage Emma Watson tortured and assaulted, images you can see in posts below).
EBAY will also tell you that it would be up to Mischa Barton or her rep to take a minute and send the auction number to VERO@EBAY.COM and simply tell them, "Gee, in case you can't figure it out, this is a violation of intellectual property, and the seller does NOT have a signed model release." Like this:
As disturbing as it is for somebody to be trying to peddle camcorder footage Barton apparently consented to make years ago, it's even more obnoxious that utter strangers are invading her privacy and making Photoshop fakes on her to sell on EBAY.
The parasites on eBay are profiting, and EBAY and PAYPAL are profiting, which makes them pimps.
