This is a GREAT DAY.
Today, MAY 25th, is a GREAT DAY. It's a great day for human rights. It's a great day for women's rights. It's a great day for sanity and morality.
Unfortunately, it comes on the heels, and was no doubt inspired by, the worst tragedy to hit Great Britain since the 7/7 attacks in 2005, nearly 12 years ago.
While the world was reeling from the Muslim suicide-bomber who killed 22 and injured double that amount at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, TWO EBAY SELLERS were gleefully selling their hateful Ariana Grande porn.
These images (with the censorship marks) turned up posted by outraged fans of Ariana, and today...
At long last, EBAY enforced it's own Terms of Service:
Obscene and degrading. That's what these two sellers could've called themselves on eBay. OBSCENE thought it was delightful to download the vilest, most woman-hating porn and sell it and keep all the money. DEGRADING thought that any famous woman should be humiliated by him for his own profit, while no famous men suffered the same abuse.
Hopefully, eBay will add a few things to their drop-down menu regarding "REPORT ITEM" and adult material:
1. Celebrity nude photos, fakes or "fantasy" images are NOT PERMITTED.
2. Selling degrading sexual material without a SIGNED MODEL RELEASE OF AGE OR CONSENT is NOT PERMITTED.
