REDDIT RIDS IT - EBAY HAS NOT

This website would LOVE to report that EBAY has done what REDDIT just did.

The CEO at Reddit is a woman. Her name is Ellen Pao. Her statement: "No matter who you are, if a photograph, video, or digital image of you in a state of nudity, sexual excitement, or engaged in any act of sexual conduct, is posted or linked to on Reddit without your permission, it is prohibited on Reddit."

How about FEDERAL LAW, too. Shouldn't all websites obey it?

Title 18, Sections 2257 and 2257A: all models, actors, actresses, performers and/or other persons who appear in any visual depiction or “sexually explicit conduct” (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. §2256).

Sellers MUST have a signed model release stating age and consent. Professional porn (Hustler, Playboy, Vivid Video etc.) all have this material on file, and say so. And yet EBAY allows any parasitic pervert to Photoshop images of stars, or dupe stolen/hacked nude photos, and sell them...WITHOUT A SIGNED AGREEMENT OF AGE AND CONSENT. Isn't that just plain AGAINST THE LAW?

Raping Patricia Arquette Turns EBAY bidders on

While Patricia Arquette was clutching her Oscar, and demanding equal rights for women, for EBAY SELLERS it was business as usual.

EBAY is where they sell Patricia Arquette topless, with a gun to her head. This doesn't fall under the EBAY "Offensive Materials" rules, or rules against selling stolen property?

Yes, two sellers offering the same item. There's no honor among thieves.

EBAY smugly insists, "It's up to Arquette to find these images on our sneaky, hidden "adults only" section of our site, and then send a complaint to vero@ebay.com"

But aren't these images in violation of FEDERAL LAW?

Title 18, Sections 2257 and 2257A: all models, actors, actresses, performers and/or other persons who appear in any visual depiction or “sexually explicit conduct” (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. §2256).

Sellers MUST have a signed model release stating age and consent. Where, next to these images is Arquette's signature on a document stating she has agreed to the sales of the photos, and that the photos are compliant with Title 18, Sections 2257 and 2257a of Federal Law? Where is the document from the film company saying they've give these parasites the rights to make a profit over screencaps from the movie?

EBAY hasn't answered the question of why they don't obey Federal  Law.

Desperate to Humiliate TAYLOR SWIFT with Photoshop Porn Images

What can you say about an EBAY seller who is desperately intent on abusing and visually raping Taylor Swift? To hide items from her VeRO rep, THIS seller spells her name TAYLER, and spaces out her name so it won't show up in a search. But any pervert, stalker and potential rapist who checks this seller's list of women will find the images.

What solves this problem?

EBAY should add "celebrity fantasy" and "celebrity nude" images to their "offensive material" list. This junk should be BANNED the same way material abusive to blacks and Jews can not be posted. Anyone can report a KKK or Nazi item, or a "fantasy image" of a Jew being tortured or a black being lynched.

EBAY should obey the law when it comes to sellers offering adult material WITHOUT having "age and consent" form on file.

Hustler wouldn't dare print pictures like this, but EBAY sells them!

Where, next to these images of Swift, is her signature on a document stating she has agreed to the sales of the photos, and that the photos are compliant with Title 18, Sections 2257 and 2257a of Federal Law?

The ad copy on these Taylor Swift frauds calls each photo "a parody." Ha ha. Except "parody" is not acceptable if it violates rules on sexually explicit photos, or photos that involve stolen property or underage women. Exploiting a woman without her consent is NOT PARODY.

Read on, and see other examples, as well as the laws that EBAY is currently ignoring.

Emma Watson Pedophilia Porn Still Condoned on EBAY?

Does EBAY think this is not an "OFFENSIVE MATERIALS" violation?

Where is the compliance with Federal Law, that models be over 18, and consenting? Where is the signed model release from Emma Watson?

Does EBAY think that it's ok to fantasize about the gang-rape and abuse of an under-age movie star? Apparently it does:

What would happen if an eBay employee circulated photos of a female eBay employee in these "fantasy" poses? That person would be fired, if not arrested. Why would it be ok for any woman to be abused and degraded by "fantasy" or "lookalike" material such as this?

Where is the signed model release from Emma Watson? Where is the signed model release from the porn actors, allowing THIS seller to use a collage photo for his own sleazy profit?

Why doesn't EBAY amend its OFFENSIVE MATERIALS rules and its ADULTS ONLY rules? It's common sense that for items like this, a seller must include a copy of the SIGNED MODEL RELEASE of age and consent.

It's also FEDERAL LAW that depictions of sexual, "adults only" items require a signed model release of age and consent:

Title 18, Sections 2257 and 2257A: all models, actors, actresses, performers and/or other persons who appear in any visual depiction or “sexually explicit conduct” (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. §2256)...

...MUST sign a document of AGE AND CONSENT.

Kate Middleton Sexually Abused on EBAY

While Kate Middleton (and her Prince) were in New York, they could've set up their laptop to check out EBAY and EBAY's "everything else; adult" section. Oh what joy to the world, what deep respect over there:

What kind of nasty, uncivilized and illegal activity is THIS, the Royals would've asked.

EBAY, is there an answer for them? The only answer is that EBAY has not, as yet, put abuse of women into the same category is abuse of blacks, Jews, or other groups needing and deserving protection. EBAY actually has an "offensive materials" rule that SEEMS to include sexual abuse:

Do you believe that the above items are "promoting...sexual intolerance?" At the very least? Do you not believe that if you Photoshopped a female co-worker's head onto a porn image, you'd be FIRED?

There is no justification for turning women into sex objects like this. If someone has a "fantasy" about President Obama hanged from a tree, EBAY would remove it. In fact they'd remove it if it was even a Muslim leader of Boko Haram or ISIS. They claim they don't want to make money off hatred. Well, what do you call these photos of Kate Middleton? A tribute?

One of the sellers calls them "parody." Yeah. In fact everything this person sells is supposedly a "parody." But could someone get away with Photoshopping President Obama being abused, and call it "parody?"

Not only should EBAY put "celebrity lookalikes" and "celebrity nude fantasy" images on the banned "Offensive Materials" list because they are vile and tasteless, they should do it because it's also ILLEGAL. It's against FEDERAL LAW. All "adult" material (Playboy, Hustler, Vivid porn DVDs etc.) cooperate with FEDERAL LAW regarding:
Title 18, Sections 2257 and 2257A: all models, actors, actresses, performers and/or other persons who appear in any visual depiction or “sexually explicit conduct” (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. §2256).

Sellers MUST have a signed model release stating age and consent. Where, next to these images of Kate Middleton, is her signature on a document stating she has agreed to the sales of the photos, and that the photos are compliant with Title 18, Sections 2257 and 2257a of Federal Law?

Selena Gomez Raped or Killed Because of EBAY LAWLESSNESS?

Here is the law, which should apply to EBAY:
Sellers of pornography must have SIGNED LETTERS OF AGE AND CONSENT:
Title 18, Sections 2257 and 2257A: all models, actors, actresses, performers and/or other persons who appear in any visual depiction or “sexually explicit conduct” (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. §2256).
http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/investigate/vc_majorthefts/cac/2257-program

Yet EBAY flaunts the law. EBAY allows sellers such as web-slinger127 to steal images off the Internet, steal pornographic photos, steal celebrity photos, and run auctions claiming fakes are real.
Here are some of the over 200 auctions web-slinger127 is running right now. Ask yourself: would you trust the mentality of people who are bidding on fake photos thinking they are real?
Someone who believes he has a photo of Selena Gomez spread-eagled, may also believe Selena Gomez will pose that way for him. Or else. This is how stalkers get ideas.

"Legitimate" pornographers, ones who sell magazines and DVDs and Internet downloads of photo sets, all have a notice on their websites declaring that they have SIGNED MODEL RELEASES OF AGE AND CONSENT on file.

Does web-slinger127 offer any statement of consent? NO
The photo, which is a fraud, is presented as REAL:
The ad copy? Again, nothing to say that SELENA GOMEZ signed a model release on this.

Ebay, which has a big list of items BANNED from sale, including "OFFENSIVE MATERIALS," sees nothing wrong with this auction that does not state age or consent or compliance with United States law:

There is no excuse for EBAY not to obey FEDERAL LAW. Whether an eBay seller offers these things as real, as "celebrity look-alikes" or as "parody" (as some do...considering a lewd mock-up a "parody") they ALL should conform to U.S. Law, which states there has to be a signed model release of age and consent.

We hope that eBay will do the right thing and add "celebrity look-alike" "parody" and "nude celebrity" items to their BANNED list so that any eBayer who sees them can report them. EBAY sells plenty of porn in their "adults" section, and in fact, plenty of nude photos in their "general" section (where even kids can click NAKED PHOTO and see plenty). They don't need these degrading, humiliating and illegal abuses from web-slinger127 and the others.

Jessica Alba - Pissed In Her Mouth - NOT OFFENSIVE to EBAY

This was reported to "OFFENSIVE MATERIALS," an eBay link that is supposed to keep vile images off the site.
EBAY would rather see a seller get paid for this.

The seller is pretending "discontinued, last chance" auctions. Why? Because a few actresses protested and got images of themselves removed. ALL actresses should do that. Then creeps like this would be suspended.

Instead, this seller is going to sell 10 more images (and if they sell out, bet he'll suddenly offer 10 more). Why? Because Jessica Alba's rep is not paying attention, and because so far,the Screen Actors Guild hasn't taken action on behalf of its members.

The FBI enforces a law against nude images sold without "age or consent" forms on file. Ebay seems to want themselves on the receiving end of a multi-million dollar class action lawsuit,  or they want John Donahoe, CEO of eBay, jailed for five years.
