Abusing women? Several EBAY SELLERS are now "taking a breather" on EBAY. Some permanently

Nice NOT seeing anything for sale from one of the more notorious eBay misogynists and photo thieves. This includes too_kool_kollectibles.  Typical of this weasel's work is this Paris Hilton item, which eBay removed. 

Ebay's catch-all phrase, which includes items voluntarily removed AND items they removed, is "the item is no longer available." They graciously pretend, sometimes, that the SELLER ended the item, which it was actually a bot that knocked off ALL the sellers items and put the seller on restriction.

NO items for sale from this person at the moment. That could mean a month's restriction or longer. The post below shows more of what this seller thought was "KOOL" to sell.

NO listings. Just how long is the RESTRICTION for these two jerks? Both were warned many, many times, and restricted before. They didn't learn then; will they learn NOW? 

And will PAYPAL make sure that if the sellers come back, it's not to list more abusive material in the sneaky hidden "Adults Only" section of eBAY? 

Material from this seller, as with too_kool_kollectibles  is all over this site. There are plenty of examples of their crassness. This seller has indeed been warned and warned many times. Hopefully this will be the LAST TIME. 

This is SOME of what J. Paul was doing a few weeks ago...a variety of scenes illegally screen-captured from movies, and invasion of privacy images.  

One eBay employee noted with a bitter chuckle, that this seller put "DO NOT COPY" on his images. After all, it was his "hard work" in downloading them off a sleazy internet forum, or taking some stolen AVI or WMV movie bootleg and doing a freeze-frame on any nude scene.

Nice NOT seeing too_kool_kollectibles selling this week. THIS seller as well as jpaulcelebphotos were reported for CONTINUED ABUSE of women.

BOTH sellers, previously warned, couldn't resist coming back off a suspension or a restriction in order to do the same thing all over again.

Natalie Portman - sneaky hidden camera pix on eBAY and forgeries, too

The woman has complained about problems with women's rights, and with stalkers.  

Here's EBAY saying "we're just a venue and we have NO idea if some jerk has forgeries or not, or is selling fake nudes. The star has to tell us." 

No, the STAR shouldn't have to hunt around the obscure and hidden "adults only" section of eBay and spend time on this crap. ANY fan of Natalie Portman, or common decency, should be able to report abuse like this and have it removed. 

The posts should be removed for being nude images with no model release of age or consent. Ebay should require hinky sellers like his to provide REAL documentation or, (this is their site and THEY make up the Terms of Service) simply say, "we don't believe these are real autographs. Get lost.") 

The two images (probably from one seller using TWO identities) are obviously NOT signed by Natalie Portman, but morons and stalkers don't know this. They see junk like this, and figure, "if Natalie poses naked all the time, and if she SIGNS hidden camera pix of her like that bottom beach shot, she MUST be a slut and be willing to do it with ME..." 

That's how situations get dangerous.

Ebay should come down STRICTLY on any seller of hidden camera and invasion of privacy pictures like THIS one on Natalie Portman: 

A star's responsibility? It would be helpful of Natalie Portman and other wealthy stars who can easily afford it, had an official website, or even a Facebook page put up by a responsible fan, so that problems can be reported. It's sad and potentially destructive, for stars to NOT KNOW about potential hazards to their safety. 

Happy 97th Birthday to DORIS DAY, who did NOT POSE NUDE like EBAY SELLERS pretend

While Doris Day has not been in the limelight for a while, and doesn't often pose for pictures or do interviews, she's still a force.

She runs an animal charity, for one thing. 

It would be nice if she (among hundreds of others) had a VeRO rep to make sure that NOBODY was abusing her image, and that ANYONE selling dupe photos of her, and ANYONE putting her face on a mousepad or a t-shirt to make money for themselves, has to DONATE a percentage of the sales to charity. 

Strange isn't it, that nobody is telling eBay sellers, "Doris Day has a registered charity on eBay, and if you want to sell her image, you must allow eBay to automatically deduct 25% of a sale." Stranger, nobody has told perv sellers, "NO, you can NOT be a sickening fraud and offer Photoshop fakes on Doris Day and act like she posed that way." 

Up until she was suspended on April 8th, Patricia Crain was selling THIS image of Doris. Yes, a clean one, but NO, somebody who sells fake nudes, upskirt images and other invasion of privacy items, should NOT be allowed to profit from illegal violations of intellectual property. 

What celebrities don't know, is that often the person who is selling "ordinary" images of them in the "open" area of eBay, is ALSO selling PHOTOSHOP PORN images of them in the secret "everything else: adult" category of eBay, and/or selling PHOTOSHOP PORN, hacked photos, upskirt and telephoto invasion of privacy images of friends they know and love. 

Having a VeRO (Verified Rights Owner) rep on eBay is IMPORTANT. It can also be FREE. Anyone can be authorized to submit an auction number to eBay's VERO department. All they need is a signed letter of authorization, from the star or the star's agent or manager. The VeRO rep could be a fan, a relative or a friend. It doesn't involve lawyers, it just involves a "good faith belief" that the item infringes.

The good news: one of the worst offenders on eBay is NO LONGER A REGISTERED USER. 

The abuses of the witch named Crain, which are in several earlier posts, have FINALLY gotten her kicked off.

PAYPAL booted her long ago, but eBay didn't seem to think it was SO bad that she was selling upskirt images of Britney Spears, fake nude images, selling images of women for which she had NO licensing and NO permission, and NO model release of age and consent.

BUT...enough VeRO reps reported her to bring her DOWN.

Here she was, counterfeiting images of a murdered actress...but on Apr 8th, the sign went up with eBay's all purpose phrase: "ENDED BY THE SELLER BECAUSE THE ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE." 

Slowly,  copyright owners and intellectual property rights owners are getting respect. It's because enough of them take the time to send in DMCA's, and to push for STRONGER laws so that ALL websites MUST obey COMMON DECENCY.

Today, March 12th the NY POST reported that Natalie Portman had to go to court to deal with a stalker, and that Natalie's been troubled by incidents of sexual abuse. 

NATALIE, do you KNOW what is going on in the sneaky "adults only" section of eBay?

Natalie Portman was "Sexualized" as a child star?

She's being "SEXUALIZED" right now...degraded, humiliated, and sold by a bunch of EBAY SELLERS.

They sell fake images as REAL and they slice nude scenes out of copyrighted movies, too.

EBAY not only allows this, EBAY encourages it. EBAY will let a "power seller" like Patricia Crain (PKC527) keep selling 5,000 nude images a day despite having NO PERMISSION and NO MODEL RELEASES. Why? She's a power seller. (She's a traitor to her gender. There's a separate entry on her, posted last week). 

EBAY has NO policy stating that Naked Celebrity images can't be sold. Or FAKE images. Or STOLEN images. Or freeze-frame nude scenes from copyrighted movies. At best, reporting to "Offensive Materials" or "ADULTS ONLY: Not Allowed At All" may get the item removed IF whoever is on duty feels like removing it. It's subjective. It also seems to be based on whether the seller is a POWER seller.

EBAY will remove the images IF the star objects. 

NATALIE PORTMAN, why aren't you objecting?

Is it because you don't know? This is a big problem. For obvious reasons, agents and managers don't list their clients. They deal with a small circle of film studios, Comic-Con places, and promoters. They don't want to hear from fans saying "Look at these Portman photos, please do something." Their attitude is SHOW ME THE MONEY and DON'T PUT ANYONE ON THE PHONE TO ME who isn't going to MAKE ME SOME MONEY. 

EBAY sellers prey on celebrity women who can't be reached easily by Twitter, Facebook or even an official website (if they bother to have one).  Portman? Her dot com is just a fan-run fan site! It's not authorized by her. 

NATALIE PORTMAN is complaining she's been "sexualized" and that she's got a stalker. Let's see SOME of the SEXUALIZED images EBAY SELLERS are offering today. 

NATALIE, this stuff can be removed (and a dozen more...these are just a few samples).  The irony is that even the fan who runs your FAN SITE could do it, and probably would be happy to do it. All EBAY needs is for you to sign off on it. 

NOTE the last one: this seller conveniently sells DOZENS of fake-nude images of stars, and claims the stars SIGNED THEM. 

EBAY? "We don't know if this seller is selling forgeries. A dozen famous women from Natalie Portman to Scarlet Johansson and back, may have signed fake nude images for this seller. All we know is we get a percentage of everything he sells, AND we get paid for anything he puts on our site!" It takes a few big stars to be pissed off big time, and contact VERO@EBAY.COM about it. 

Portman's fan site has a link to TIME'S UP.  How's that for irony? Her DOTCOM seems to have a SEXUALIZED nude picture of her on the right side of the opening page. Hmmmmmmm.....

Natalie, or anyone who knows her, sorry about your stalker. You don't need MORE of them. You need to join your sisters who have VeRO reps on eBay and take a minute or two to make sure nothing evil is sold on EBAY the biggest website for AMATEUR COMMERCE (Amazon and Walmart don't have an adult section!)

According to phone support, Ebay is well aware of Patricia K. Crain having cheated THEM out of thousands of dollars (by putting her contact information in her ads and by directing people to pay by check or money order and NOT actually BUY by hitting BUY IT NOW). 

They know that this seller has been stopped by VeRO reps a half dozen times. OR MORE. 

They know that this seller not only sells illegal upskirt images of stars, hidden camera pictures of stars, and doctored up photos of stars, but is STILL DOING IT. Here's the BRITNEY SPEARS image which is still on the site. Crain loves to steal TV stills and screen captures and sell those, too, including the "kink" moment on DIANA RIGG.

More of this seller's obnoxious, misogynistic, sociopathic material is on previous posts that have asked WHY IS THIS MANIAC STILL SELLING ON EBAY AFTER ALL THIS TIME AND ALL THE COMPLAINTS AND STOPPAGES.

The answer? "She's a power seller..." 

In other words, when you have 8,000 illegal auctions (she has NO permission from ANYONE to counterfeit photos and sell them), eBay looks the other way. 

An eBay employee who circulated a Photoshop image of a female employee at eBay would, of course, be FIRED INSTANTLY. 

An eBay seller who was sneaking only 50 or 100 fake nudes would be suspended very quickly. Sellers who offer "clean" photos but get a few VeRO (verified rights owner) stoppages from Disney or Star Trek or Harry Potter or whoever...get suspended fast. 

But here's a POWER SELLER who mostly preys on other women, runs 8,000 auctions every day, and gives eBay a BIG FAT AMOUNT OF MONEY for letting her run an EBAY STORE. 

She gets V.I.P. treatment, which means not even a "restriction" for a day, or a "restriction" limiting her to only selling a few 100 items as punishment for her crimes. 

Call it what it is: CORRUPTION. Ebay is just another CORRUPT big-time INTERNET SITE that makes up its own rules. The fact that so many employees are embarrassed and disgusted by Crain's auctions matters little to whoever runs "Risk Management" and the "Trust and Safety" departments, or who work for....

EBAY should outright BAN celebrity nude images in the hidden ADULT section of the site. How would Diana Rigg know that her image is being Photoshopped if it's hidden so only PERVS know where to find it? That's like allowing a whore house next to a school, as long as WHORE HOUSE isn't in bright lights over the doorway. It's still illegal and dangerous.

EBAY should not allow amateurs to sell NUDE PHOTOS of ANY WOMAN. There is a FEDERAL LAW that requires pornographers to have signed model releases of AGE AND CONSENT. Ebay should have that, too. If a seller is not a professional who works for a well known adult company, that seller should have to send EBAY model releases of age and consent. 

This would not only protect Britney Spears, Diana Rigg and the others, but protect ALL women who are being sold on eBay via "found photo" and "my wife's friend" and "hot neighbor" images. 

EVERY member of the SCREEN ACTORS GUILD should be told about this problem, and they should have a VeRO rep. That way, more sellers can be blocked or suspended, more women protected, and MORE MONEY CAN GO TO CHARITY. Yes, a VeRO rep also has the power to tell someone, "You can't sell your dupe image UNLESS you give a percentage to charity." 

That way, DIANA RIGG could tell Patricia K. Crain, "You can NO LONGER sell fake images of me, and you can also NO LONGER sell "Avengers" photos of me or ANY clothed photos of me UNLESS 50% goes to the charity of my choice, and the money is automatically deducted by eBay. (Ebay has a list of hundreds of charities that they work with for just such reasons).
