How TWITTER has more MORALITY than EBAY

EBAY's excuse for allowing this?

"Gosh, we don't know if Daryl Hannah approved of this Photoshop fake or not." Er, we'd need Daryl Hannah to discover it, send in a DMCA form, and complain. Oh, and if the seller files a counter-notice, we'd have to put it back, and Daryl Hannah would have to find the seller and take him to court."

Because..."WE ARE JUST A VENUE." Even though they have supposed rules against "offensive materials" and could interpret this as OFFENSIVE.

There would be a 50-50 chance that if reported to "ADULT: Not Allowed at All" or "OFFENSIVE MATERIALS" somebody would say, "Right, that's offensive, that's not allowed, that's obviously a Photoshop fake intended to humiliate and degrade Darryl Hannah for a sexual thrill." Prurient interest, too, which is a definition of obscenity.

TWITTER would remove that picture instantly, and restrict the poster from using their site:

In fact,  TWITTER has hoops that prevent people from unlocking their account. They ONLY accept a cell number. The offender gives them the cell number, which then becomes knowledge around the world (doesn't it?) and TWITTER sends a code number via text message. Then the second chance is given. If the offender only has a landline, too bad. The offender will get form letters and then "case has been closed."

Ebay's CEO Devin Wenig has yet to amend eBay's rules so that "offensive materials" specifically includes nude depictions of women posted "without a model release of age and consent."

Somehow, TWITTER doesn't think "we're just a venue" and weak DMCA laws justifies nude images of women POSTED WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT.

They would not use the Ebay excuse of "we can't contact our seller and ask to see their signed model release of age and consent because...we're JUST A VENUE."

Instead, they let the seller continue to sell, even after multiple warnings and stoppages. As in, "How do we know that because a VeRO rep sent us a complaint on  ONE actress, that this seller doesn't have agreements with the others? And we're NOT going to ask, because....we're...JUST A VENUE."

Is that SHABBY?

This is the same eBay that has a rule (which is not a law) against women selling their used underwear. This is the same eBay that has a rule (which is not a law) against selling Nazi memorabilia, or a photo that "glorifies" the KKK.

Minority groups are protected on eBay, most of the time, but women? How about protecting women (not just celebrities) against the sale of revenge porn? A woman makes the mistake of posing nude, the boyfriend secretly makes duplicates, and then the break-up comes, the boyfriend happily posts the pictures all over the Net. Some end up downloaded by eBay weasels and sold as "amateur photo" and "found photo" with NOTHING about "age and consent."

But that's the "fun." The idea is to humiliate women and destroy their dignity and get even with them without their knowledge. It's far more "fun" than buying pictures of nude women who consent and even get paid to pose.

The bureaucratic labyrinth of eBay is, that even in the best of times, "report item" can be ignored.

Or as one low-level phone support eBay employee put it: "We get millions of auctions posted every minute and millions of complaints. Use "REPORT THIS ITEM" in the ad, and keep reporting it till somebody has the time to check it out."

Yes? "REPORT THIS ITEM" to: Adult: not allowed at all, or to "Offensive Materials : something else?" Why not have a category for: "No model release of age or consent" or "Depicts a famous actress nude" or "Is selling a "found" picture of an unidentified woman who could be underage, or have had her photos hacked, or is the subject of revenge porn."

TWITTER just shuts down the account. They don't allow THIS, which, like the Hannah picture, is on Ebay and ignored by "REPORT THIS ITEM."

This seller, like the other one, has been stopped on items, but only "given warnings."

Why is that? Because another eBay game THAT TWITTER DOESN'T PLAY, is to not shut down an account instantly, or keep it shut permanently after another violation. It's "we give a warning, and another warning, and another warning and if it keeps happening, we MAY restrict the account to only posting 100 items or less for a day. Then a week. Then a month..."

#metoo complains if Al Franken's hand grazes a woman's waist when he's trying to navigate her for a selfie in a crowded room in front of her husband. They don't think that Taylor Swift deserves better than this?

Ha ha ha, a fridge magnet for your MAN CAVE. Stuck up Taylor needs a vibrator stuck up her snatch. Your fantasy comes true with this home-made item. I got myself a magnet kit, and I can make a magnet out of anything. Ha ha ha. Ebay says Taylor Swift's VeRO rep would have to stop this, because they can't be sure I don't have a license, and THEY won't ask!! HA HA HA

PS, this is the same EBAY that will stop a seller for posting a movie "that we believe contains nudity which is not allowed..." This is the same EBAY that will stop an adult movie because "it violates our rule on depicting urination." Really? Annie Sprinkle movies that were made in the 70's? Nice to know that Trump's tape would be protected.

An obvious Photoshop fake on Darryl Hannah, posted as REAL? CEO Devin Wenig has a problem stopping this?  TWITTER does NOT.

EBAY: One law for DONALD TRUMP abuse and another for CHARLIZE THERON abuse?

The other day, an eBay seller offered crumbs from the broken DONALD TRUMP STAR on Hollywood's Walk of Fame.

EBAY quickly stopped the auction. They don't stop much and they aren't quick about any "report item" violations that YOU might report. This thing was GONE FAST.

EBAY has a lot of rules and a lot of reasons for stopping the sale of everything from chlorform to used panties. They stop things because the feel it's "offensive materials" (like Nazi and KKK memorabilia). They stop things that are obviously dangerous and illegal. Why was THIS auction of Trump debris stopped?

ACCORDING TO EBAY, it violates Terms of Service because it was considered among “items that encourage, promote, facilitate, or instruct others to engage in illegal activities.”

Meaning, if you make money by destroying Trump's star, it might encourage others to commit the illegal act of messing with private property.

Meanwhile, at the same time, several sellers are offering Charlize Theron nude photos. It's "offensive" to Photoshop nude images, and it involves STEALING copyrighted photos and intellectual property. It's also against Federal Law, as one must have a SIGNED MODEL RELEASE OF AGE AND CONSENT in order to offer explicit nude images.

And yet, eBAY's response when these items are reported (every auction has a "report item" link) is usually to ignore it. Submit it to "offensive materials" or "Adult: not allowed at all") and MAYBE it will be stopped. Maybe not.

Unlike the Trump crumbs.

Call up eBay and a woman somewhere in the world will answer the phone and say "Yes, that is a violation. This behavior is not allowed on our site. Not to worry. I will report it for you." And once again, you STILL only ave a 50-50 chance it will be stopped.

Sellers who get warned, restricted and even suspended...can come back under another name, or plead to get off suspension (and do it again).

These are among the milder items. Where is Charlize Theron's "VeRO" rep? She may not have one. She may not know what's going on behind her back, and wouldn't know because celebs are wrapped in cotton and secretaries handle a Twitter account and there might not even be an official website.

She may have a greedy lawyer or manager who wants to charge her $200 an hour for takedowns, when anyone (even a friend or a fan) can be appointed as her EBAY rep for these things.

ALL women should be protected against the woman-haters and parasites who get a kick out of pretending fake photos are real, and by duplicating (this in itself is illegal on eBAY) material they don't own.

EBAY, a shady Scientology-like outfit that doesn't like to be contacted, doesn't give out a phone number, and whose employees will NOT give out more than a first name and do NOT give a follow-up email account or any way to get back in touch with them...passes the buck constantly, and ignores common sense and dignity.

Here's a seller of a "PHOTOE" that will be sent in a time "SENSATIVE" way. This weasel debases women for nickels and dimes, making about five bucks a picture. But since he is a woman hater, he's OK with eBay.  If he sold autopsy photo copies, or KKK or Nazi memorabilia, he'd be suspended. Blacks and Jews and dead people are respected. WOMEN ARE NOT.

EBAY has several buck-passing departments. They have a main phone number that gets you an idiot. The idiot is instructed to say "not to worry" and "I will take care of this" and get rid of you. And usually do nothing. The idiot may, if pressed, put you through to some other division like "RISK MANAGEMENT" or "TRUST AND SAFETY." You might get somebody who is actually sympathetic, or somebody who will keep repeating, "The appropriate action will be taken." Sometimes, despite all logic and their own Terms of Service, they'll say, "We have our procedure. We warn sellers. We may restrict them for a day, then a week, then a month. We may suspend them temporarily. This is all confidential and we can't tell you what we will do with your complaint."

The auctions are also in violation of PAYPAL's similar TERMS OF SERVICE, and they have similar buck-passers, woman-haters and arrogant jerks who enjoy the power of being able to simply say "We wlll take the appropriate action" and then stop answering any more questions.

An auction for a bunch of cement crumbs swept off the sidewalk...ENDED.

Sellers who routinely exploit hundreds of women, famous or not, with dupe photos for which they have NO SIGNED MODEL RELEASE OF AGE AND CONSENT? The abuse goes on.

EBAY - stop making pervs HAPPY over Revenge Porn and Violating Women (and the LAW)

Ebay, as they say, is a "work in progress."

One day, CEO Devin Wenig and his brain trust will gather around the meeting table and say, "You know what? Breaking FEDERAL LAW could get us in trouble. Celebrities may stop doing charity auctions on our site. Making dangerous psychotic pedophiles "happy" isn't worth the fifty cents we make on some jerk's Emma Watson fake photo."

One day, CEO Devin Wenig will mandate: "Our drop down menu will not only say "offensive materials" includes KKK photos and NAZI memorabilia and photos of dogs being abused or autopsy photos of loved ones...but NUDE PHOTOS IN THE ADULT SECTION that have NO SIGNED MODEL RELEASE OF AGE OR CONSENT. Including CELEBRITY IMAGES."

Add to that: "We will NOT give sellers five warnings, a 1-day restriction, a 3-day restriction, a 7-day restriction, a 30 day suspension, and more and more suspensions while perverted sick woman-haters keep coming back with 100's of illegal nude images to sell."

Add to that: "We will NOT let SUPPA or anyone else keep coming back on our site with new names."

Meanwhile:

Is this unreal?

HEATHER LOCKLEAR, currently having deep mental problems, is one of hundreds of women being pimped for a lousy $3.29 by some creepy sexual predator in NEW JERSEY

This dirtbag woman-hater ugly misshapen freak of a sub-human gets his kicks by degrading and humiliating women. He makes his beer money and he's HAPPY. Not only is he HAPPY, but he has twisted freak bidders who are so HAPPY, too. Can you imagine being HAPPY to own a sick and obvious Photoshop fake like this?

The FBI and CIA should be knocking on eBAY's door with subpoenas, to find out who is HAPPY to acquire pornography, including PEDOPHILIA, on women who have NOT consented and are completely UNAWARE they are being stalked and abused with Photoshopped images and stolen images and revenge porn.

Celebrities aren't the only women being SOLD in eBay's nefarious ADULTS ONLY area. But celebrities are high profile. Their home addresses can easily be found. The guy who is HAPPY to get fake nudes might also be HAPPY to murder one of the women in a photo he bought. Remember what happened to REBCCA SCHAEFER...Murdered by a FAN who stalked her.

This shit is DANGEROUS. The people who PAY for these images, and the obsessed lunatics who waste their lives cranking these photos through a printer for $3.29 are sick, evil and hideous people who have a potential to be VIOLENT.

Ebay's excuses for allowing this could fill several tables at a WAFFLE house.

The waffling includes: "We're very busy and we get lots of complaints" and "if women find something objectionable on their intellectual property they, and only they, should report it" and "we like to give sellers reasonable chances to sell legitimate material" and "sometimes we have no idea the seller is back" and "well, we technically need to be told if a seller has no permission."

And lots more. All of it is CRAP.

EBAY is EBAY. NO competition. HUGE site. Their "Terms of Service" that every bidder and seller must electronically sign, includes a line that they can suspend anyone at any time for any reason.

There is a FEDERAL LAW against selling pornography without a model release. Ebay flaunts it. Is there a law against selling Nazi memorabilia or KKK memorabilia or an autopsy photo? Will the Post Office refuse to deliver these things? EBAY chooses what THEY find "offensive materials." They just don't choose to find naked photos of women sold without consent to be "offensive."

Too often it takes a lot of reports and complaints...often from reps for the actresses...before these losers get suspended permanently. As of a few days ago AWESOMEPHOTOS had all his hundreds of fake nudes removed. So far, that's been a "restriction" but the account doesn't yet say "NOT A REGISTERED USER."

That includes items such as THIS:

An irony here is that ASHLEY JUDD continues to be ALL TALK and NO ACTION.

On her Twitter page, PINNED no less, is her shout about "how online abuse of women has spiraled out of control."

What's she done about it? So far, no Tweet saying: "I now have a VERO rep to protect me from abusive fake nudes on EBAY, and what's more, I've instructed my MANAGER and my AGENT to VeRO rep ALL clients so that a seller can be bombarded with complaints and SUSPENDED."

What's the problem, Ashley Judd?

#ME TOO - EBAY ALLOWS ABUSE & REVENGE PORN ON PEOPLE YOU KNOW

How do you stop "REVENGE PORN?"

It should be EASY on EBAY: insist that only professionally made porn is allowed. That means the magazines and DVDs from companies that COMPLY WITH FEDERAL LAW and have a SIGNED DOCUMENT OF AGE AND CONSENT ON FILE.

Do THESE two eBay sellers say they comply? NO, THEY DO NOT. They pretend to have "found" pictures of naked women and so they decide they'll sell them WITHOUT CONSENT. They take "Revenge Porn" off the Internet, download it, grind it through a printer on photo paper, and don't care who they embarrass and humiliate.

"I took the photo" isn't the same as "I have a signed model release." "Found" photo isn't the same as AUTHORIZED.

Ebay has, ever since it arrived, played the game of letting parasites copy off any photo they please. They make dupes of copyrighted images, of celebrity photos, and then it's up to the copyright owner to spend hours a week checking eBay for violations and submitting a DMCA. Celebrities often have to pay "Grayzone" and "Web Sheriff" outfits hundreds of dollars to protect themselves from Photoshop fakes that insane fans think are real. "Hey here's this spread shot of you, please sign it..." or "I saw you do it with a bunch of guys in a photo somebody was selling on eBay. I know where you live and I will be coming over. You will do it with me or else..."

EBAY should not be encouraging stalking, invasion of privacy, or REBECCA SCHAEFFER tragedies. Who was Rebecca Schaeffer? She was on the CBS sitcom "My Sister Sam" and she was SHOT and KILLED by "a fan who had been stalking her." That quote is from Wikipedia: "a fan who had been stalking her."

Ebay's reckless allowance of Photoshop fakes on celebrities, and "girlfriend" and revenge porn on ANY AND EVERY WOMAN....must STOP.  It shouldn't be up to you, your mother, somebody's wife, somebody's sister to check EBAY, of all places, to see if somebody is faking a nude picture or selling something stolen or otherwise unauthorized.

EBAY needs to have a simple rule: if it's NOT professionally made, it's NOT ALLOWED. The irony is that EBAY has a half-assed rule against amateur VIDEOS (not photos) and against "voyeur" and "upskirt" iimages, but not junk like the two items below.

EBAY SUPPORTS SEXUAL PREDATORS AND RAPISTS?

The mark of a SEXUAL PREDATOR is a sociopathic hatred.

The Rapist is not about gratification, but ABUSE. MISOGYNY. CONTROL. HUMILIATION.

This sickness knows NO boundaries of AGE. The female victim can be 8 or 80. The DEAD are not immune. Women already wounded are victims AGAIN.

On EBAY, which supposedly no longer allows violations of FEDERAL LAW, and the sale of amateur videos and photos that have NO model release of AGE or CONSENT on file, CONTINUES to allow sellers to be SEXUAL PREDATORS.

You'd think that after a seller has been reported, EBAY would do the right thing. But AWESOMEPHOTOS, a sick predator in Louisiana is STILL on the site, and STILL targeting EVERY woman.

PRINCESS DIANA. DEAD. Still a target, as is Carrie Fisher.

EMMA WATSON. Underage Photoshop jobs. PEDOPHILE PORN. Still a target.

ACTRESSES AND SINGERS OF ALL TYPES...ALL OF THEM VICTIMS.

Monica Lewinsky, considered by some to be a martyr in the #METOO movement, still the subject of lewd humiliation. ALL of the items below, and HUNDREDS MORE, are on EBAY right now, JULY 5th, being sold by AWESOMEPHOTOS.

It is incredible that this is happening. EBAY, which has indeed suspended many sellers, has allowed THIS one to keep going beyond ANY LOGIC. Is this just another example of an arrogant, powerful Internet company refusing to do the right thing because IT doesn't want to be BULLIED?

"Report Item" isn't enough? Saying PLEASE isn't enough? Actresses sending in DMCA's isn't enough? Why do faceless INTERNET GIANTS act with such cruelty and disdain? WHY, when the world should be saying NEVER AGAIN to a Harvey Weinstein, and some companies fire people who have merely been ACCUSED of inappropriate touching, EBAY doesn't instantly act on a seller who does NOTHING but offer obnoxious PHOTOSHOP FAKES?

What is the point here? It's a RAPIST'S ATTITUDE of hatred and degradation. The idea isn't to arouse, it's to make fun of Princess Diana and Kathy Lee Gifford, and to turn international famous and rich women such as Emma Watson into meek, ridiculous sexual slaves and sluts...all for the fantasy of SEXUAL PREDATORS, SICK PEOPLE and DERANGED WOMAN HATERS.

Will EBAY'S DEVIN WENIG face the CAMERAS and say "I will NO LONGER ALLOW THIS on my watch?" Will be wait to be PROSECUTED LIKE KIM DOTCOM?  Why is it that companies such as Google who profess to "do no harm" and strive to make the world better by technology, FAIL so miserably? Why is it that a helpful, prosperous, GIANT company like EBAY wants to protect somebody who degrades women?

FACE IT, if this seller did this kind of things to BLACKS or MUSLIMS, he'd be GONE instantly. EBAY has a specific rule against using slurs against racial and religious groups...but WOMEN deserve protection too.

ASHLEY JUDD is more concerned with MONKEYS than with ME TOO - You can do BOTH, ASHLEY

ASHLEY JUDD.

Another idiot. ASHLEY JUDD is one of the vocal METOO people. She's OFFENDED by this. OFFENDED by THAT.

Ashley doesn't want mean ol' producers or directors being suggestive and wanting a little YES action to go with saying YES to one woman over 20 others that could do the job just as well.

BUT...ASHLEY JUDD (or her manager, her agent, and her Twitter stooge) have ignored everyone who has said, "You can send a DMCA and get rid of the unauthorized nudes on eBay...you can be a METOO and help get these creeps suspended."

This is the same ASHLEY JUDD who expects the law to pay attention to HER when she complains that Harvey Weinstein was crude to her. Ashley, how does it feel when nobody pays attention to YOUR moral complaint? YOU are allowing idiots in eBay to prosper. Harvey Weinstein is out of business. THEY ARE NOT.

Is this a fake ASHLEY JUDD picture or a real one? Does it matter? She isn't being paid, these are bootlegs and unauthorized, the sellers have no model releases, and they have HUNDREDS of other pictures, most DEFINITELY faked, that help them get beer and potato chip money as they sit around their white trash trailers beating up women and and being anti-social monsters.

These, and dozens of screencaps from movies and fake shots...are in eBay's sleazy secret "adults only" section. If Ashley Judd simply authorized a FAN or a RELATIVE or a SECRETARY to take ONE MINUTE to send in a DMCA, this junk would be gone and most likely, the sellers would either be gone, or on their way to the suspensions they deserve.

Most eBay sellers who get suspended CAN'T come back, because it's tough to get a new address and phone number and bank account and name! An email to vero@ebay.com works ONLY if there's an authorized document on file. There obviously isn't one for ASHLEY JUDD.

Yes, we have JUDD FOR THE DEFENSE of MONKEYS...she does THAT with her Tweetie-Tweets. She does NOT, as YET, say METOO to removing eBay photos, as Taylor Swift and dozens upon dozens of other women do.

Here's ASHLEY, monkeying around instead

JENNIFER LAWRENCE - What IS the STORY?

JENNIFER LAWRENCE.

What is the story here? The woman was complaining that her intimate porn photos were stolen and splattered all over the Internet.

Yes, like many others, she and her boyfriend were simply enjoying the fun of porn-type picture taking. But once everyone could see the pictures...she was OFFENDED.

Except she didn't say: "I'm contacting EVERY lawyer who has a client abused by 4CHAN or CELEBJIHAD, and I'm gonna make sure those sites are either CLOSED or BLOCKED."

NOPE.  She didn't say: "I'm going to make sure EBAY SELLERS don't profit off these images...or the FAKE ones they already sell."

To compound the insanity, take a look at THIS:

Yes, JENNY  is quoted in ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY as saying "there's a difference between consent and not..."

Really? Is that why the JENNIFER LAWRENCE pictures are ALL OVER EBAY?

Many eBAY SELLERS have been shut down, NO THANKS TO JENNIFER LAWERENCE.

Her quote was in reference to...you guessed it...DOING A NUDE SCENE IN A MOVIE. A nude scene that will be freeze-framed and SOLD not as "Jennifer Lawrence, playing a character" but JENNIFER LAWRENCE.

There are sellers using eBay's nefarious ADULT section who specialize in doing screen captures of movie scenes AND SELLING THEM. This is against the law. Against copyright law. Against intellectual property law. But eBay shrugs and says "Let the movie studio send in a DMCA. Let Jennifer Lawrence send in a DMCA." And does she?

Is it because she doesn't KNOW about the problem? Or doesn't care?

JUNE, 2018, and here's what EBAY SELLERS have in EBAY'S sneaky "adults only" category: fake nudes, and even NUDE SHOTS THAT CLAIM JENNIFER LAWRENCE SIGNED THE PHOTOS.

The METOO movement means exactly those two words. ME TOO.

That means that celebrities should at least have a trusted fan to run a FACEBOOK or TWITTER page for free, and be able to monitor problems and get input.

Celebrities should know that they are being stabbed in the back by their agents and managers. These slime don't care if a Jennifer Lawrence or Jennifer Aniston gets abused on eBAY. Not unless their Jennifer is willing to pay them $200 an hour to send in the DMCA that an intern could do for a minute and for free.

Managers and agents love to go out for two hour lunches, take a long weekend on a cruise, and stare at their "Living Well is the Best Revenge" sign on the wall. They don't even understand that their cash cow could be killed by a stalker (like Rebecca Schaefer was) and that it's dangerous to be wrapped in cotton and ignore problems.

Being part of ME TOO is to know about the problem and to contact vero@ebay.com and say, "I have authorized my friend...my fan...my mom...whoever...to send in DMCA's. So when you get them, GET THIS STUFF OFF YOUR SITE AND SUSPEND THE SELLERS INVOLVED."

Here's a statement that is short and simple and needs repeating because you don't seem to understand it:

IF YOU'RE NOT PART OF THE SOLUTION YOU'RE PART OF THE PROBLEM
