What YOU Can do about EBAY MISOGYNY and ABUSE

The point of the items below isn't for you to get mad. It's GET EVEN. 

As we see in the papers, abuse against women (and men) has led to destroyed careers for a mogul named Weinstein and an actor named Spacey. 

EBAY, though progress has been made, needs to sharpen up and do better. They should have a "report item" category a lot less nebulous than: "Adult / Not allowed at all" or "Offensive Materials." Both categories leave plenty of room for "interpretation" from some sleepy-eyed clod in Utah. 

EBAY should specifically state in their rules on posting adult material that NUDE CELEBRITY MATERIAL is NOT ALLOWED, nor ANY ITEMS POSTED WITHOUT A MODEL RELEASE OF AGE AND CONSENT. 

You can help by reporting items you see, especially in their "adult" category. 

You can ask your elected officials to look into how EBAY is breaking Federal Law on allowing material without signed releases of AGE AND CONSENT. 

You can contact civic groups, charities that use EBAY to raise money, and various branches of the Federal Government, ACLU...any group you can think of.

If you know a celebrity, alert that celebrity to join the VERO program. 

Don't hesitate to use SOCIAL MEDIA and contact eBAY on Twitter, or its CEO Devin Wenig. Ebay's various officials are easy to find on social media, including Scott Cutler, Tony Bates and Logan Green. They should be made aware of how close to WEINSTEIN and SPACEY they are, in allowing perverts to be abusive. And their excuse is what...they need the MONEY?

Ebay open season on Gal Gadot, Emma Watson, even Celine Dion

There doesn't seem to be any overt Terms of Service NEW RULE banning "celebrity nudes" and "nude fantasy images." Still, eBay phone support will routinely tell you that such material is UNACCEPTABLE. Sort of like Harvey Weinstein on top of you. 

However, NOBODY seems to know where to report violations. Ebay phone support will vaguely agree that perhaps a report to "ADULT...NOT ALLOWED AT ALL" might be right, or "OFFENSIVE MATERIALS...other offensive materials." 

But if you wanted to report a KKK photo of a black man being lynched, or a Nazi atrocity photo of Jews being killed, you'd instantly go to "OFFENSIVE MATERIALS...KKK, Nazi Related." There is NO drop down menu for "Offensive Materials: Fake Celebrity nudes, photos of celebrities with no model release," etc. 

November 1st, and here are some weasels trying to offer the usual woman-hating items that should be BANNED the same way Jew-hating and Black-hating items are. Humiliating another person for profit is HATEFUL. The excuse is, what, that Gal Gadot is now rich and famous? 

The usual actresses are still being maligned, including Emma Watson, in both faked images and even "art" fantasies. After all, she's never appeared nude, made wholesome movies...that makes her the PERFECT target to defile. 

Do you think it's Celine Dion fans that THIS seller is trying to reach? No, more likely some woman-hater happy to see Celine Dion victimized by fake porn. Celebrity porn like this is about HATE, just as RAPE is not about sexual release but about HATE. This seller HATES Celine Dion, so takes it to a sexual extreme

Some immature, nasty, vicious weasels on eBay are no doubt the same cowards and criminals who slip a woman a roofie. That is, if they aren't too ugly and smelly to even go out on a date. 

Some of these juvenile delinquents are stuck on Taylor Swift, literally. Oooh, a MAGNET, done without licensing, and in violation of Federal Law that requires a signed model release of age and CONSENT. 

What was wrong with HARVEY WEINSTEIN? No CONSENT. Why doesn't EBAY understand this just a little bit better?

Is this a fake image? She really posed like this? Either way, it's not for THIS bastard to sell. Shouldn't ROSE MCGOWAN tell this guy NOT TO PIMP HER PICTURES?

How about this: "You sell my image, and 50% goes to Breast Cancer Charity." Rose does not do THAT either. And eBay allows this. 

Instead, ROSE MCGOWAN is ok with some asshole downloading photos off the Internet, scanning them and printing them out, AND KEEPING ALL THE MONEY. Ever hear of INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY? That ALONE should bother ROSE MCGOWAN. 

We're talking about a sleazy guy who takes ANY nude photo of a woman, no matter how DISTURBING, and PROFITS ILLEGALLY FROM DUPLICATING IT WITHOUT PERMISSION.

Meanwhile, restored to her precious TWITTER, Rose McGowan offers MEMES and PLATITUDES and, to use a well-worn word, BULLSHIT.

What this EBAY bastard is doing, is selling photos of women...over FIVE THOUSAND OF THEM...without their KNOWLEDGE, PERMISSION, or CONSENT.

He has NO MODEL RELEASE OF CONSENT FROM ANY WOMAN. And yet, CEO DEVIN WENIG doesn't have a problem with that. EBAY does not have a problem with that.

It's up to ROSE MCGOWAN and other high profile women to TAKE ACTION and not just TWEET like bird-brains.

They should state that IMAGES OF NUDE CELEBRITIES, SOLD WITH NO MODEL RELEASE OF AGE AND CONSENT, CAN NOT BE LISTED. Likewise, IMAGES OF ORDINARY WOMEN, with such lines as "EX-GIRLFRIEND" or "EX-WIFE" CAN ALSO NOT BE SOLD. ONLY MATERIAL FROM PROFESSIONAL X-RATED STUDIOS, WHICH HAVE SIGNED MODEL RELEASES, IS ALLOWED.

Ask them what is going on. Ask, "Am I speaking to somebody in the San Jose office, or some stooge in Ireland or Pakistan? WHO are YOU? Why can't you connect me with CEO Devin Wenig's office. How about Scott Cutler or Tony Bates or Logan Green? Or ANYONE who has a HEART AND BRAIN? 

THIS site has fought and fought and raised awareness on this issue. It's about MISOGYNY. It's about RICH people (ala Weinstein) thinking they can do as they please. It's about greed. And it must STOP.

Several of the worst sellers on eBAY have been suspended including JOHNSWELLSTUFF12 and ALANAVERY, and others (you can scroll down and see their work as well as other suspended creeps like vintage_art_paper). 

BUT...the two demonic bastard sellers above are STILL around, as his collectiblejim and some other creeps.

EBAY needs to nail this down. When you see an auction like this, you should be able to use REPORT ITEM (a link on the right side of the ad) and instantly scroll to "PROHIBITED ITEMS: ADULT" and "OFFENSIVE MATERIALS: NO MODEL RELEASE" or something similar. Right now, you send in a complaint to a vague category like: "OFFENSIVE MATERIALS" or "ITEMS NOT ALLOWED" and have to HOPE that some sleepy fool actually takes a look, agrees, and takes action.

It would also help if repeat offenders, like the CREEPS ABOVE got suspended, and FAST.

If you check what these two sellers are offering, you'll see Rose McGowan and Ashley Judd aren't the only VICTIMS. 

McGowan and Judd should be telling their lawyers to VERO rep ALL their female clients and have somebody check EBAY's ADULT AREA every week, and send in the auction numbers of abusive auction items. These lawyers should also make clear to eBAY, as should the SCREEN ACTORS GUILD and the organizations that have booted Weinstein, that they will take EVERY ACTION NEEDED to make sure this ABUSE is UNDER CONTROL.

Who abuses more women...HARVEY WEINSTEIN or PAYPAL and EBAY?   

The answer is the latter. Because they keep on doing it, because they aid and abet sex offenders, and because they are in VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW.  

Right now, a seller constantly stopped by individual actresses, is STILL abusing HUNDREDS OF THEM with his FAKE NUDE images. Like THIS ONE:

Right now, sellers with names such as ALANAVERY and COLLECTIBLEJIM and ALLTHATGLITTERS1 are routinely posting, with NO PERMISSION OR CONSENT, doctored, faked, privacy-invading and just plain sleazy photos of women. 

It's blatant misogyny. These are proven sex offenders, but does PAYPAL and EBAY care? In a court of law, a rapist's victim is told, "Don't worry, he won't be back."

On EBAY, a celebrity victim sees the SAME SELLER offering the SAME PHOTOS a week later. Her rep files ANOTHER DMCA takedown. And what happens? EBAY still does NOTHING. 

A judge would tell a rape victim, "This man is not going to abuse ANY WOMAN EVER AGAIN."

On EBAY, the reply is, "This man is going to keep on abusing HUNDREDS OF WOMEN. Just because a half dozen or more women have complained, we don't care. As for violating our "Terms of Service," well, WE decide what's obscene or offensive. And THIS stuff isn't to US: 

Yes, PAYPAL and EBAY ignore all of this. Even though it is against their TERMS OF SERVICE, they won't suspend these sellers who have ALL BEEN REPORTED to them. All they do is say, "Well, we'll remove the item on THIS actress who complained, but any other actresses, they have to send in complaint forms."  

Remember, a judge in ANY court would say that ONE sexual offense is enough. NOT EBAY. NOT PAYPAL. In fact, PAYPAL routinely puts all rights owners through HOOPS: "You did not fill out our PDF form just the way we like it. Try again." They love form letters and being evasive.

Ebay should know by now that people who like to degrade and humiliate women with faked nude images or leaked pictures that are an invasion of privacy...are sociopaths. Sex offenders. 

This isn't just about being some craven parasite who wants money. It's about people who get a thrill by being malicious misogynists.  

Some of them are so demonic about it, they come back on eBay over and over, or, like ALANAVERY, the dirty old man in Florida, they keep posting and posting and ignore every warning.    

It's not such a jump from hating women to being a NAZI.  

Here's a guy who loves selling faked-up pictures of any woman he hates or envies. 

If the celebrity has angry fans or a VeRO rep, this guy lists the photo as a "MYSTERY CELEBRITY," knowing that his sociopathic, woman-hating bidders will happily surf his list to see what other "goodies" he has. They'll pause at any lurid photo for a better look.  

So, who does this seller love and respect? 

Ebay sellers who indulge in woman hate, and sell pictures without a woman's WRITTEN MODEL RELEASE OF AGE AND CONSENT, are sociopaths, sex offenders, and WORSE. Is this seller a NAZI? Damn well looks that way.
