Roasting Carrie Fisher Naked Over an Open Fire + the FBI LAW

Looking for that special Christmas gift? Ebay has it.

"Carrie roasting on an open fire, embers nipping at her nips..."

Somebody has a sick fantasy, has no signed model release of age or consent, is in violation of Federal law...and Ebay is going to look the other way.

The same seller has a treat for Emma Watson fans. You know Emma Watson...she recently gave a speech in which she spoke about women's rights. This led to threats to leak nude photos of her (real or faked). The nude photos have already been selling on eBay for years.

This problem could be easily solved. Ebay can and should declare a ban on "nude celebrity" images in their hidden "adults only" section.

These images don't involve "consenting adults." Professional pornography involves willing actors and actresses and photographers paid for their work. "Consent" forms are on file. This isn't the case with "nude celebrity" photos EBAY sellers grind through a home printer.  Federal Law requires a signed release as per:

Title 18, Sections 2257 and 2257A, all models, actors, actresses, performers and/or other persons who appear in any visual depiction or “sexually explicit conduct” (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. §2256).

See the FBI website:

http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/investigate/vc_majorthefts/cac/2257-program

Women have a right to say NO. They have a right to control how and where and when they are nude. They most certainly have a right to be protected against visual rape. That's what is going on with Ebay.

Ebay would not allow, as part of its "offensive materials" policy, a Photoshop of Jesse Jackson roasted over an open fire for the pleasure of bigots. But Carrie Fisher? For the pleasure of misogynists? Yes.

Ebay can do better. Ebay should do better. Ebay needs to follow the laws of America when it comes to what "consenting adults" can do. The key word: CONSENT. Where's the seller's signed contract with Carrie Fisher?

EMMA WATSON CHILD PORNOGRAPHY AVAILABLE ON EBAY

Ebay is just as sneaky, underhanded and corrupt as 4Chan, Reddit or any slime-blog. What do you think of a site  that basically tells you...
Pssst, pssst, if you want to see FILTHY PICTURES OF CELEBRITIES...join us!
Join us, go to our secret "everything else" section, hit the link for "adult" and you're in!
In? In for WHAT?
For corrupt men, couples and even women who use EBAY to sell CHILD PORNOGRAPHY.
Many of the female celebrities being offered via "nude fantasy" and images sold as REAL, are UNDER AGE, or were at the time of their fame.
Remember Tara Lipinski? Until she got a VeRO rep, her fake nudes were all over EBAY. And at the moment, ONE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX IMAGES OF EMMA WATSON.
Child Porn?
Read this:

Who is the bigger pornographer and abuser of female celebrities? 4Chan or EBAY?
EBAY.
EBAY, after all, is blatantly in it or the money.
EBAY is the one that ignores the fact that these images are obviously not authorized by the celebrities.
These images do NOT state, under penalty of perjury, that the sellers have SIGNED MODEL RELEASES STATING AGE AND CONSENT.
That is the simply fact. NO STATEMENT OF AGE OR CONSENT.
CEO Donahoe, does he NOT know what is going on with his own website? OR DOES HE LIKE BEING A CHILD PORNOGRAPHER AND AN OBSCENE PURVEYOR OF PRURIENT, ILLEGAL, CRUDE AND OBNOXIOUS "Real" and FAKE NUDE AND HARDCORE IMAGES OF FEMALE CELEBRITIES?

EMMA WATSON NUDES ON THE INTERNET. NOW. "Emma You're Next" - No, You're HERE on EBAY

Emma Watson.
What can you say about Emma Watson.
She's the same as a hundred other famous ladies...she's got her head in the sand, even while she goes topless in movies.
It's interesting that she's professed such concern about feminism these days, but why is it that OVER ONE HUNDRED NUDE IMAGES OF HER ARE FOR SALE ON EBAY TODAY?
September 23rd, the same day the big "You're Next" headlines arrived...the news that hackers were planning to release real (or fake) nudes of her on 4Chan and other idiot sites...there was already THIS:

These images would be GONE and the sellers probably suspended, if you and a few of your contemporaries bothered to have a VeRO rep check EBAY now and then.
What's your excuse, Emma? That you don't have an official website or Twitter or Facebook account that you actually read?
That your trusted agent or manager simply won't bother joining the site? It's very easy to get things removed from EBAY:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/programs-vero-ov.html
How in the world is anybody supposed to take EMMA WATSON seriously if she's ignoring OVER ONE HUNDRED auctions on EBAY where sellers are making off her nude images?
The problem of "leaked nude photos" is not going away...not when stars don't take the time to do even the easiest, most basic things, like stop the sale of nude product on the biggest, most obvious site on the Internet.

ALYSSA MILANO - Pimped By Dozens of EBAY sellers

Alyssa Milano's Tweet:
"Don't pretend like you haven't sent nude pictures of yourself to someone you feel comfortable sharing with."

The key words? "Feel comfortable." Alyssa, do you really "feel comfortable" knowing that a dozen EBAY sellers have stolen images of you, pulled images from your films out of context, or Photoshopped your face onto stolen porn photos? Maybe she doesn't know it's going on. Most stars are too busy to be shopping the porn area of EBAY!

The question is how does one even contact a big star like Milano to let her know? She's wrapped up in a burrito of publicity and management flaks who make sure she doesn't know what the reality is. It's THIS abuse:

The "Celebrity Nude" Hacking scandal is telling the world that the Internet is loaded with abusive, aggressively hurtful people who delight in humiliating celebrities. The fact that EBAY is a main site for it...is not acceptable.

Among the dozens out-doing each other in stealing and copying Photoshop jobs on the Internet, making their own, or pretending fakes are real are a half-dozen very despicable ones:

http://www.ebay.com/sch/diamondproductionscollectibles/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from=

That link gives you a look at what "Diamondproductionscollectibles" is offering. And this link is for RUMPELSTREET:

DIAMONDPRODUCTIONSCOLLECTIBLES with over 400 obnoxious "Nude Celebrity" 4x6 photos on eBay including

Alyssa Milano, Jenny McCarthy, Cherlize Theron, Halle Berry, and Emma Stone.

ACEUS2 with nearly 200 bogus "Nude Artist Print" fake/real nude images (they don't say which) including Alyssa Milano, Sofia Vergara, Avril Lavigne, Jennifer Lawrence and Keli Ripa

ARTMUSICFILM with over 1000 nude images including Alyssa Milano, Gwen Stefani, Lara Flynn Boyle, Paris Hilton, Christina Aguilera and Kirsten Dunst. They sell "Sarah Michelle" images as well…and "Leann" they often use first names only on some stars.

MYSUPAFLY over 400 images including Alyssa Milano, Leah Remini, Avril Lavigne, Christina Applegate, Sandra Bullock and Barbara Eden.

RUMPELSTREET nearly 1000 fake and "top quality" real celebrity images including Alyssa Milano, Demi Moore, Jill Clayburgh, Ann-Margret, Barbara Hershey "Pregnant," and Teri Hatcher.

VINTAGE_ART_PAPER with 1000 "erotic photo print" items in the adult section, including Kate Upton, Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Middleton, Heather Graham, Kim Catrall, Emma Watson, Mila Kunis, and Victoria Justice.

Where do they get these images from? They STEAL them. They haul them off websites, they make "screen caps" out of movie scenes, they scan them from copyrighted men's magazines. They don't own ANYTHING.

Logic would tell you that EBAY should not allow sellers to offer ANY celebrity "nude" "fantasy" or "digital art" items that are not licensed. These sellers should, aside from the salacious image, have another image next to it: the SIGNED document, stating age and consent, from Alyssa Milano and the others.

The "thrill" behind celebrity nude images is usually not the image itself, but the fact that it's being circulated WITHOUT PERMISSION. This is photographic rape. The pleasure comes from controlling a woman, and doing something a woman doesn't want being done. A blurry upskirt image of Lindsay Lohan is treated with cheers with delight on Internet forums, and cries of "I'm fapping to it right now! Har har!" Why, when these guys can see much better pictures in any sex magazine, or doing a free search on Google? Because they can feel superior to Lohan. They are in control. They have the power. They can humiliate her. She can't do anything about it.

EBAY can do something about it on their own website. They can add these "celebrity nude" items to the "offensive materials" list that includes underage photos, KKK memorabilia, "candid" images taken without knowledge, "nudist magazines," and other things they don't feel are worthy of their website.

LEAKED JENNIFER LAWRENCE NUDES LEAKED KATE UPTON NUDES

What a surprise...
NOT that there are celebrities who trust their naked pictures to their phones and "cloud" services...
But that they're upset. If they're so upset, they should check EBAY's ADULT SECTION where every naked picture of them...and fakes CLAIMING to be nude leaks of them...are FOR SALE.
Yes, not just given away by frisky "fans" but SOLD by the world's creepiest men, women and couples. Yes, there are couples on eBay, man and wife teams, who love to make money by exploiting nude celebrities.
KATE UPTON?

Vintageartpaper, a rogue EBAY seller with absolutely NO copyright and NO permission and NO licensing agreements, has, at this writing (September 3, 2014) over ONE THOUSAND celebrity nude images in the ADULT area of EBAY despite having been stopped for offering bestiality images on dozens and dozens of stars. Here's one of their KATE UPTON jobs:

Do the celebrities not know there's an adult section? Do they not care, or not think it's worth five minutes to check the site once a week and send a simple e-mail to get the items removed?

Shouldn't EBAY...which has enough common sense to refuse to allow bestiality Photoshops, or "nudist magazines" (that technically have naked children in them) also have enough sense to prohibit the sale of images that have NO signed licensing agreement of age or consent?

Is it that John Donahoe, CEO of EBAY, could care less about female stars being abused, having their privacy invaded, or potentially being raped or killed by EBAY BIDDERS who think a nude photo they bought means the celebrity involved is a slut?
JENNIFER LAWRENCE LEAKED NUDES. Did her publicist mention why she hasn't stopped these "real or fake" nude pictures found today, September 1, for sale on EBAY?

These images, for sale on EBAY right NOW, tell the world that JENNIFER LAWRENCE could care less if real or fake images are for sale. The fact is, on EBAY a lot of bidders assume "nude fantasy" or "fake image" means REAL and the seller is just pretending "fake" to avoid trouble.
How about the hundreds of celebrities from Barbara Eden to Tina Louise to Linda Blair to Michelle Trachtenberg and Halle Berry who don't seem to care who makes money off what type of real or fake nudes are for sale?
The message sent by stupid celebrities and their slimy lawyers...but NOT putting pressure on EBAY and by NOT being part of the VERO program, is "We invite rape, murder, plunder, abuse and exploitation."

EBAY'S DIRTY LITTLE SECRET: FAKE "CELEBRITY NUDES"

We are PRO EBAY. This site is calling attention to an oversight. One that can be corrected easily.

EBAY has a history of allowing abuses...but correcting them. At one time "hidden camera" nude images were allowed. Not now. EBAY evolves and changes. Chloroform was allowed to be sold...until Peter Braunstein bought some and used it to sexually assault a woman in New York.

Let's not wait for another Braunstein who might come after Jodie Foster with: "I bought these nude pictures of you on EBAY. I think they're real. So pose for ME..." Let's not have another Theresa Saldana case.

This site advocates EQUALITY for Ebay bidders and sellers, and asks that "Celebrity Nudes" be BANNED.

The main reasons:

1) These images don't involve "consenting adults." Professional pornography involves willing actors and actresses and photographers paid for their work.

2) EBAY already has a list of banned "offensive materials" (described further below) and it should include women depicted in sexually violent ways and without their knowledge.

3) The "VeRO" program is not the answer. Most people (YOU included) have no idea there are "nude celebrity" images for sale in a secret area of EBAY. How is Natalie Portman or Eliza Dushku or Erin Andrews supposed to know?
EBAY thinks a star should have a "VeRO" (verified rights owner) rep scanning the site. But even if Natalie Portman gets one,  dealers stopped for selling her images do it to everyone else, and if suspended, get a fresh account. Banning this material would allow anyone who sees such an image to report the item...which would instantly decrease the abuse. You don't see adult DVDs in the main area of EBAY because a few dedicated people report them as soon as they appear. Ebay even bans a paperback novel about rape in their "adult" section...so banning images depicting Emily Watson raped or Sarah Michelle Geller in bondage have no place either.

4)  "Nude celebrity" images are designed to degrade and humiliate. The more wholesome the star, the worse the pictures are. "Prurient interest" is what these images are about, and "prurient interest" is a definition of obscenity:

The secret porn area of EBAY:  http://www.ebay.com/chp/everything-else

EBAY actually has rules in their "porn" area: http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/adult-only.html

EBAY defines "obscene" as an "incest" paperback novel but not cruel Photoshop images done without a star's consent:

EBAY's page on offensive material:  http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/offensive.html

EBAY protects animals, bums, dead people...not women whose images were stolen and used to degrade them via rape, gangbangs, urination, and other extreme acts?

 A
EBAY rules on "Celebrity Materials" state that sellers are banned from taking celebrity photos and putting them on a CD-R or mousepad or t-shirt:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/celebrity-material.html

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/signatures.html

Yet EBAY thinks it's ok for someone to download photos, make "nude celebrity" fakes and sell hundreds of those??

Ask Kari Rameriz, the publicist for EBAY at press@ebay.com when EBAY will change their rules. Ask the VERO department: vero@ebay.com. Ask the "Office of the President" at ootp@ebay.com. Will you get a form e-mail saying "we are taking appropriate action" or will you be able to get a real response on why they are allowing this menace?

Maybe you should write to CEO John Donahoe directly: John Donahoe, eBay CEO, 2145 Hamilton Avenue, San Jose, CA 95125

Note this picture of ERIN ANDREWS, a woman who was involved in sexual harassment issues. The photo on her is presented as REAL.

She has no idea what is going on...and hopefully won't find out by some EBAY winning bidder visiting her home, showing her this photo, and a knife.

There is no getting around Federal law. Title 18, Sections 2257 and 2257A says that model releases must be on file. No exemption by stating "I have a good faith belief the model is 18." Every porn mag, every reputable website selling adult-oriented photos, states compliance with Federal Law. EBAY should not be an exception.

EBAY should be a fun place to buy and sell what is legal and proper to sell.

Allow our favorite stars, living or deceased, to be treated with dignity and respect. We hope the day will come soon when we can state: PROBLEM SOLVED. EBAY LISTENED.

EMMA WATSON and JODIE FOSTER and AMY POEHLER

The "nude celebrity" images in the hidden "adult" section of EBAY are prurient interest (obscene) pictures. They are designed to degrade. They don't involve "consenting" adults.

EBAY seems to think that Emma Watson and Jodie Foster and the rest should know that there's a secret area of EBAY and assign a VeRO rep to patrol it. Only the stars don't know.  They need to be protected. NO woman should have explicit photos of themselves posted for profit on EBAY without their permission. Sellers should get that permission and show the model release in their ad. It should not be up to the woman to hunt and find this stuff:

Some celebrities are flattered by fake nude images. They don't seem to understand what happened to Theresa Saldana. They seem to think their security is so good that somebody thinking they pose nude for everyone anytime is not going to try and rape them in a hotel or backstage after a show, or stalk them. AMY POEHLER might think it's rather charming that somebody has given her a better body than she actually has. But she (and others) should have a VeRO rep because the quicker these sellers get suspended, the better. They prey on women. They are making a few cheap dollars and it could get someone raped or killed. It's simply not a good idea, and EBAY's mark of approval is telling people "this is a real photo of Amy Poehler...she is ASKING FOR IT..."

Ask yourself what kind of mental case is buying this photo...rather than simply keep it as a screen capture, or sliding the photo onto the desktop for free. The kind of mental case who might stalk Amy Poehler when she comes anywhere near his town?
