Who, for months and months and months now, have done NOTHING. WHY is that?

What they do is say "sold collector to collector" or say "models are over 18" but NOT, very definitely NOT..."models are over 18 and I have a signed model release that I can show you, with the model holding up her driver's license as proof."
Did you know that most pornographers have this on file? Conforming to FEDERAL LAW, the file where they keep their records will not only have a SIGNED DOCUMENT stating the model consents, and is of age, but also a photo of the model holding up the driver's license that gives the REAL NAME and the AGE on it, and makes it easy to compare the model's photo and fake name in the porn world with the REAL stuff on the driver's license.

EBAY has yet to address this issue, or declare in their rules that sellers MUST have a model release of age and consent on obvious recent photos (as opposed to some 1920 dirty postcard).

In this ad, the seller praises himself (in the third person) as a great artist, because he solarizes some stolen nude male image. Or perhaps it's HIMSELF? Either way, he makes sure to state that the image is COPYRIGHTED and a LIMITED EDITION. Now you get the idea why he thinks that he can sell downloaded Photoshop fake images of women he found on woman-hate porn sites in Croatia. They're merely WOMEN.
Here's another seller who was ALSO stopped so often that he got a restriction/suspension and was out for about six months. He comes back and...posts ONE THOUSAND fake nudes, stolen invasion of privacy images, and screen captures from copyrighted movies.
This sexual predator, this offender, this psychotic sociopath, comes off VeRO stoppages and decides to prey on any woman who hasn't filed against him.

EBAY should make it simple for anyone to hit "REPORT ITEM" and scroll a menu to: "PROHIBITED...and ADULT/celebrity material" or "Offensive materials...celebrity nudes." EBAY's "offensive materials" category specifically states that KKK and Nazi material and photos of corpses and other specific things are forbidden. NOTHING about misogyny or exploitation of women. WHY?

Another thinks "ALL THAT GLITTERS" is fake nudes he can sell because he hates women and likes to pimp their images on a power trip. Another seems to think NAPTIMEZ involve abusing women with nightmare Photoshop fakes while championing his own gay artwork.
All should be suspended and should quickly be suspended and have their Paypal accounts ended if they come back again. Oh...more than that. You did notice that ALLTHATGLITTERS does NOT have Paypal listed in his ad? They cut him lose so all he can do is accept checks and money orders. As if that's not a warning sign to eBay! He tells people who PM him that, yes, he can accept a regular credit card if someone gives him their credit card number and forwards a list of the Photoshop fakes desired. Ebay doesn't even get a percentage of these sales and STLL allows the loophole??
