But that's not all with this guy. Like too many others on EBAY, he goes to 4CHAN and REDDIT and REVENGE PORN sites and downloads anything he can find and SELLS IT. WITHOUT A MODEL RELEASE OF AGE OR CONSENT.

This woman certainly didn't expect that her boyfriend or husband would upload it to the Internet, or stick it on a REVENGE PORN site, or that it would be for SALE on EBAY, in their sneaky "adult section." 

Who is protecting women from this kind of abuse? It's one thing to take nude photos for your own private use. It's another to have them sold by and to strangers. The shame is not with the woman, it's with the SELLER. 

This photo should not jeopardize her career, her standing in her community, or her LIFE. 

One day she might be recognized by a total stranger who might stalk her, rape her and kill her. All this so that a JOKER named JOCUR_IMAGES can make a few dollars and split it with PAYPAL and EBAY. 
There is nothing in his ad about having a model release for the image; This is all he says about the photos he sells:

The GOOD news: all photos from the seller AWESOMEPHOTOS were removed on January 10th.

AWESOMEPHOTOS is still registered as an active EBAY seller and still has a PAYPAL account, but is apparently on at least a one month suspension. 

As regulars to this site know, AWESOMEPHOTOS was getting away with this for FAR too long. For MONTHS. No excuse for it at all, except eBay's ineptitude and/or misogyny and arrogance. 

For those bookmarking the auctions ready to do some last-minute snipering, eBay keeps the item up but offers no way for it to be sold. The reason is a bit enigmatic: 

On eBay,  "This listing was ended by the seller because the item is no longer available" could mean what it says, but usually means a) the seller was told to remove it, or b) eBay pulled the auctions in one massive purge and that phrase is as good as any. 

The bad news? AWESOMESELLERS was not suspended. It's possible that, like JOHNSWELLSTUFF12,  (this seller was simply given a "cooling off" period of a week or a month). Whether this seller will return (as JOHNSWELLSTUFF12 did several times) to keep on selling and keep taking the warnings until there's a permanent suspension, nobody knows.

The other bad news? It's the fact that it took two months to get this seller off eBay.

Ebay continues to haphazardly ignore "report item" complaints, and they don't even have a fixed rule on the number of VeRO DMCA's they accept before admitting that a seller has NO licensing and is a counterfeit fraudster.  It's possible Rose McGowan and Mira Sorvino filed, but it wasn't until Sally Field did, that eBay took action. 

It's also possible NONE of them did, and it was more a case of people phoning eBay, Tweeting about it, mentioning it on Facebook, sending letters, and also contacting Paypal to urge them to uphold THEIR terms of service which prohibit such items to be sold using their credit card system. Ebay and Paypal BOTH make it difficult to speak to "real" people or, more importantly, "real" people in positions of authority. The flunkies say, "Oh, not to worry, I will forward this," but they won't tell YOU how to report directly to "Risk Management" at Paypal or "Trust and Safety" on eBay.  

Meanwhile, three contemporaries of AWESOMEPHOTOS are still at it. All three of these images have been reported, in some cases many weeks ago (the sellers run 30 day auctions) and nothing has happened.  

How is it possible, that in this #METOO era, somebody at eBay can look at the faked up photo of Cameron Diaz and NOT find it "offensive materials?" HOW?

The idea here is NOT to sell to fans of Diaz, but to sell to angry, abusive people who want to see somebody degraded and taken down to gutter level. Do it to a Black, Muslim or Jew, and the item is removed for promoting "hate," but if it's done to a woman, it's not misogny? REALLY? 

There are many ways to make fun of public figures, or to parody them, but to do THAT kind of thing is clearly meant to assault their femininity and turn them into whores and sluts and objects of derision. It's called HATE. It's a powerful turn-on for some, but for those people, there are the many bondage and S&M porn items that feature women who are willing to perform and sign model releases. So why offer this kind of thing instead? Because the hate-thrill is that Diaz has no idea it's being done to her. Because the "fun" of S&M and B&D is lessened if the viewer knows that the woman is being paid, and is willing. 

The sneaky seller ALLTHATGLITTERS1 has been caught over and over and over using "censor dots" to sell nude images right out in the open, in the "normal" area of eBay. Is it myopia or apathy that led somebody at eBay to glance at this image and NOT remove it? 

It's a stolen and duped movie still that trades in on Sharon Tate. The image IS nude, but the "clever" seller blurred the exposed nipple. The seller here has blood-soaked hands, and has the same morality as Charles Manson. He's proven it time and again by also selling fake nudes. He's been reported and stopped dozens of times but eBay has NO fixed rules on how often a seller can be reported, or how many accounts a seller can have for selling the same types of dupe photos.

ACTION is contacting lazy stupid manager and agents, moronic "rights" organizations and unions (such as RIAA, SAG, AFTRA) and individual artists and saying: DO THE RIGHT THING.

Some managers laugh at the way their clients are abused. Like, "Living well is the best revenge" and "it's just whack-a-mole to try and stop anyone."

What SHOULD be done? Any fan should be able to report an auction such as the ones above. They don't just violate "intellectual property." These auctions are VILE. 

Sellers who exploit, degrade and humiliate women for profit should NOT be on eBay. 

Ah, but we're talking about WOMEN. EBAY actually has an "offensive materials" rule, but it ONLY applies to religious and ethnic material. You can't sell KKK material on eBAY. You can't sell NAZI material on eBay. You can't have a Photoshop image of Obama being lynched or of Netanyahu being lynched. But ANY ACTRESS DEGRADED? You sure can. You can sell a ton of it.

It's time EBAY formally acknowledges that WOMEN need to be protected.

You might get a WOMAN who will check an auction number, agree with you "this is awful...this is not right...this is very offensive...not to worry, I will pass this to our trust and safety division for removal..." and NOTHING WILL HAPPEN. AWESOMEPHOTOS has been doing this for months now, and every time eBay gets a call and they are told, "Hasn't this seller been reported already? Why the delay?" the response is "not to worry. I will report this for you." 

It's TIME that EBAY installs REAL RULES and not THIS kind of crap:

VeRO is a free service. Ebay does not charge to process takedowns. 

Some celebs use "pay" services such as Web Sheriff, Digimarc or Grayzone to surf eBay and other places and remove violations, but ANYONE can be a VeRO rep on eBay. Raquel Welch: your manager, your agent, your webmaster, a fan...ANYONE can monitor eBay each week and pull offensive auctions. That goes for ALL of you. You have NOT held a press conference and demanded that EBAY have a "report item" link for degrading women as they do for degrading blacks and Jews (ie, "report item" for being involved in KKK or Nazi hate-type activity). 

Isn't THIS hateful? 

Here's a seller with FOUR HUNDRED fake nudes, sold as real, degrading women, humiliating women, and YOU and YOUR OFFICE have ignored this. 

Instead, you grandstand a demand or Trump to resign, knowing full well he is NOT going to do it. He is NOT Al Franken. Your colleague, senior NY Senator Charles Schumer, met with Al, twisted his arm, told him to resign "for the good of the party," so that the Democrats would seem strong and could then go after Roy Moore. Only Roy Moore has not resigned from the Alabama race. And Trump isn't going to resign because YOU told him to.

From somebody indeed, "lightweight" as Trump said, totally ineffectual, with no accomplishments to match Al Franken or anyone else in the Senate, YOU have "made sexual assault the focus" of your career.

They have "OFFENSIVE MATERIALS" for VIOLENT IMAGES, and KKK material and NAZI material, but not for "SEXUAL ABUSE; Material for sale in violation of FEDERAL LAW which requires a SIGNED MODEL RELEASE of age and CONSENT."
